The location of NH Parma is extremely convenient for travelers, in direct neighbourhood of Parma Centrale station and within easy reach of the attractions of the historic center. The staff was very friendly and readily did me all favours I asked for.

Closeness to the station is convenient to get there and leave, but has the consequence that it's very noisy, day and night. Rooms are equipped with very efficient noise protecting windows, which however excludes sleeping with open windows even in hot summer nights. The bath has only a shower integrated in a bath tub and only partially closed. That is quite inconvenient and does not meet the standards of a 21st century four star hotel.

This is a very good choice for those passing through Parma. The hotel is very close both to the motorway and to the city centre (10-15 minutes on foot). It's also next to the train station. Our junior suite had essentially two rooms, very practical for a family. Staff was extremely kind and parking is just below the hotel. The best thing is the breakfast which is a real meal with tasty savoury and sweet food.

Beds could be more comfortable, especially the pillows. We tried the restaurant for dinner, it was good but very expensive for Italy and the menu include food for children.

The rooms feel clean and are well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. Great breakfast.

Front desk was always crowded and had a line of people waiting to be served. Not a cheerful bunch of staff work in the reception. We had twice an issue with the key to the room stop working. And we have noticed that we were not the only guests having the same issue. While the location is a bit further from the city center, being next to the train station can attract some less desirable foot traffic at night, which was a bit unsettling at first. However, during the day, the area felt much more pleasant.

I couldn’t fault this hotel, one of the finest stays I’ve had in all three trips to Italy. The staff were amazing and all spoke English well. The room we had was amazing and had a really large balcony. The bed is the best I’ve on my travels too, with good crisp sheets and two pillows which is a rarity. Parking right under the hotel is worth the fee. 10-12 minutes walk to Parma town centre. Impressive breakfast selection. I think this hotel represents the best value in the area.

Nothing to fault

Just a few minutes away from the city centre of Parma. Spacious rooms with very comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The room and the hotel have all the amenities you may need and the hotel offers a QR service through which you may ask for anything that may be missing. Excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We opted to have the breakfast which was an excellent spread of very high quality food including local specialities. We chose the hotel as it was close to the station as we had a train to catch in the morning. We have stayed in NH hotels before and find them to be a high standard and good value for money

Our room was at the end of the corridor very close to the train station. We could hear trains passing during the night. It may have been less of an issue at the other end of the building.

We were surprised at check-in to be told we were the “lucky guest for the day”which meant a room upgrade and free breakfast! The premium room was spacious and the much needed air conditioning was fantastic. There was also a sizeable balcony too. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. All the staff were warm and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much NH for making it super special!

The room was large, modern, and clean. Felt like being in a mini apartment. The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful and very easy check-in process. Everything was fast and how it should be. We also got a good deal booking a few months in advance. When we looked at adding an extra day it was a bit more expensive. We got fantastic value for money. We didn't have the breakfast as we felt there would be cheaper options nearby and wanted to be in the City centre.

Although everything was perfect for our stay and the hotel was lovely, it is not the absolute best location. It was convenient for us being near the train station but it wasn't so comfortable on nearby roads at night and a few people seemed to be hanging around. However, it was good for travelling and not far to the city centre.

Beautiful room and very convenient to the train. We walked to nearby shopping and tourist sites. Their was a bike rental shop near the train station also. Top notch staff. Samuele at the front desk was very helpful making recommendations of what to see, shopping, dinner, etc. Had an Aperol Spritz at the bar before our evening walk. Yummy! Breakfast was amazing! Will stay here again when in the area.

Great modern hotel for a stay in Parma. Very clean and conveniently located near train and bus station. Also a great option if you require indoor secured parking.

Not really a dislike, but I will pount out that I selected this hotel for it's proximity to the train station for a specific purpose. But when I want to be in the more central historic area, I would choose someplace else. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again
