The staff was very accommodating. The location was perfect in the historic area. And the room was comfortable and beautiful.

It was a little warm at night, but to be expected with no ac in an old building.

Fabulous room with plenty of space and very modern furniture. We stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor and were impressed by its size and amenities. The location, next to the baptistero and within an old-looking building was top-notch. Very friendly and helpful staff. And, if you can, please book breakfast as they collaborate with the Gran Caffè Cavour and that is also spot-on!

If I want to be choosy, I'll say the rate for the EV-charger. The fact they have one is a positive point but at 70c€/KWh, it is even more expensive than on highways with fast charging... But, that is to be picky. We had a wonderful stay.

I loved everything about this amazing place. Location cannot be more central as you are already in the palazzo on the square with the main landmark of the Parma. I was extremely lucky to live exactly in the room where I wanted to live, which I loved the most on the pictures. Have to say that it was very beautiful. Bed was great and it was SO quiet, - perfect to sleep well. Next great thing is breakfast in a cool bar nearby. Ladies at the reception were very helpful to book restaurants for dinner and call a taxi. Previously I stayed in four other hotels in Parma, but this one I considered the best.

Comfortable, large apartment. Incredible location - right in the square next to some of the most iconic sights in Parma. Staff were lovely - helped us with our bags, booked a New Year’s Eve dinner for us in advance, super helpful with directions and recommendations. Parking was close by, about 4 mins walk away. It was secure behind gates. Not the easiest to drive to the apartment (but staff gave very helpful directions). Also given the time of year, there were road diversions which made it trickier than usual. Fantastic to have helpful staff but a full apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Kitchen was underequipped, didn’t have any salt, pepper, cooking oil so you have to go and buy those yourself. Internet was slow and unreliable. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

The location of our apartment was excellent, with a rear view of the baptistry. It was very close to the cathedral, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Our apartment was huge. It had two large bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge central area, with all the facilities needed for cooking (although we only used the kettle).

There were no comfortable seats, the beds were hard, and although the apartment was large, it was plainly decorated and rather unwelcoming. There was also a loose electric socket in the kitchen area, which we reported at the end of our stay.

- The location is perfect, right by Parma Basilica. Our room was looking at the piazza nearby. We felt like we were in a movie. We were close to every major landmark but away from the crowds. - The room had a rustic but luxurious design, having made us feel like we were in a period movie. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. - The hotel is quite for a comfortable sleep. - The check-in/out was easy. - The staff was helpful and extremely nice. - We had a great opportunity to stay at a historical place for an affordable price.

- I think everything was perfect. We liked everything about this place. I would stay here again.

Exceptional location (unique would be the right term), with a lot of space in a historical building. Staff are also super helpful and caring. Really glad we chose the Palazzo for a remarkable stay!

Nothing to complain about, could maybe at salt to the list of available items for cooking, but then again butter, and oil would have to be added, which might suit better the great small gourmet food shop by the entrance (which has a fair price by the way). The shower could have an hydraulic pump to increase water pressure.

Very well located in the center next to main attractions. Also, several wonderful restaurants are close by. The staff was great with helping us finding the hotel (we got lost) and directing us to the parking which is right behind the hotel; however you need to drive around in big circle through very narrow streets.

While the bathroom is really nice due to the architecture i hit the sink during the night ; the door opens and then there is no space to walk past the sink. It may be an issue only for thsi room however. Getting to the parking was a bit hard and one has to drive through very narrow streets: be ready. It sounds worse than it is but one needs to know this IF you arrive by car.

Location..spacious bedrooms and apartment. Daily maid service. Helpfully friendly reception. Lots of thick towels. Slippers. Comfy beds and nice linens.Toiletries.

Couldn't use microwave and reception didn't know how to operate it. Some furniture and kitchen counter scuffed, torn surfaces. No luggage racks. Had to put luggage opened on the floor. Rained a lot....way from elevator to apartment was constantly wet and slippery flooring. No light at night on way to elevator...dangerous and could have led to a fall.

Perfect location, one should not expect better while visiting Parma. Very cosy, comfortable, quiet, clean, wonderful view, nice stuff, the parking is nearby, pets friendly. It was really great experience. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is served outside at the caffè closed to the hotel, but the food choice is poor, so I would recommend to book a room without breakfast included, it is much easier to buy food nearby at Esselunga supermarket. All the rest was perfect.
