Once we arrived we received an upgrade from the Annex to the main building. The location of the hotel is very good and close to everything and in addition we had a great view from the window to the river. The bed was super comfy and they have a good breakfast option. On our last day we had to leave before the breakfast but we received a coffee and a cornetto to go. It was so sweet from them. They offer good parking options. The 1st night we used a car park that was about 400 meters away but for the next day we received a parking place just outside of the hotel and that made our early morning leaving much easier.

The Hotel is decently located very close to the center and there is a secure parking at a very affordable rate (12€/night). Check-In was ok and swift - for the rate that we paid and the fact that we just stayed one night - this was all 'very ok'.

In front of the hotel there is a rather busy street that you (can) hear all night long - hence I would be cautious to consider this for a longer stay. We had room 103 - there was somewhere a super annoying dripping noise (probably from the heating/air con). Our room was clean yet the last serious renovation is some decades back - some of the back fittings (eg towel rack) were a bit worn out, some for the bed.

The hotel is centrally located, within the walking distance from the centre, with a very nice river view. The rooms are fine and breakfast is very good.

The parking is extremely limited to just a dozen spots in front of the hotel and the moment you move the car, it gets occupied by somebody else. Advice: once you get a parking place, do not move the car anymore. Parma is very walkable and you can go everywhere on foot; except in our case, we went to the Labyrint that is 16 km outside the town, so we needed the car. In any case, there is a nearby parking garage, Toschi, but it is not free of course.

Our room (standard double room) was ample with a very nice view on the river. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great with ample choices (also for people with allergies) catering to both healthy eaters and people with a sweet tooth. The hotel is located on walking distance of all major points of interest.

The mattress was a bit too soft for our taste, but of course, that is a rather personal matter. I loved the sound of the frogs in the nearby river in the late evening (we stayed in July), but my husband did not at all.

It was in the centre and quiet , clean environment and big rooms

everything was great and good service Chemi the receptionist was amazing , very professional and kind, she took her time to explain the way to Via Goito I had forgotten my universal charger from uk and she helped me with one which ii gave back after my stay i can’t thank her more as she was just amazing if i have to come to parma again Hotel Ibis will always be the place for me to stay and so i recommend

The room was in a very nice and central location, but in a quiet street. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. Big bathroom with all the amenities.

Our room was facing in the external corridor, so there was noise in the morning when the housekeeping stuff is moving trolleys etc. If you have the window closed is just fine, but we had it open since it was a bit warm and in the morning you can hear the noise

What we liked? The pillows! Yes, for us is essential to have a good night of sleep and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Once again it didn't disappointed! Bravo! Also to get bottles of water as a welcome, it was very much appreciated and thoughtful.

What it could improve - It could have done with a bit more of fresh fruits, on others Ibis Styles the offer was much better.

Personal was friendly and overall hotel rating on booking corresponds to reality.

Wi-Fi has very annoying registration form necessary to fill every time you connect it. Connection quality was sufficient. Some fresh fruit should be available during breakfast.

The staff is helpful. Breakfast good and the location close to everything.

Not enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. Separate rooms away from the main facility so you need to walk there to get your breakfast. And be AWARE of the restricted zones if you are coming by car. The hotel should consider covering all zones and not only the one in front of the hotel.

In the Booking application was mentioned the parking. We were lucky to find a free parking place in the hotel parking for free. it was very confrontable for the luggage.

Some other tourists didn't find parking place at the hotel parking and they were re-directed to a public parking with the cost of 12 euro per night. This is not correct, in Booking is mentioned parking at the hotel for free. One of the cryteria of the hotels reservation is the availability of parking place at the hotel. Update the details in Booking and have more clarity.
