The room was huge, well laid out, and the fancy hidden kitchen were great. The room was very clean, modern and airy. The location could not be better you are right in the centre yet as the apartment was accessed from a courtyard it was so quiet, you would never have known you were in the centre. Location wise, you are no more that 5 or 10 minutes from everywhere, with a few very close great bars. We would recommend OsteMagno for a great board of meats, cheeses and breads for only 16 euro, and Poldo is right across the road.

The check in at the Novotel was fine as we arrived after the check in time, as you cannot leave your bags if you arrive early. They take a 100 euro deposit which I didn’t see when I booked. And finally when we checked out and went back to the Novotel (which really is less than a 10 min walk) to hold our bags till later in the day they wanted 5 euro a bag. This just ruined what was a beautiful apartment and great stay.. it just felt like silly penny pinching, we have never been asked to pay to leave bags before. .. yet they offer you a free transfer to the apartment ?. Disney make sense.

Lovely airy room overlooking courtyard just off the street and with view of a belltower. Double glazing and shutters meant that it was also very quiet. Beautifully and simply furnished. Very comfortable, large bed. Spacious bathroom. The building itself is obviously old (above or part of the old post office) but has been beautifully renovated to a high standard (presumably by Novotel who run these apartments). Lifts to upper floors. Location couldn't have been better - just a few minutes walk from the main museum complex in Parma and from the streets of cafes and restaurants.

Nothing to find fault with.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was good that the sofa bed was downstairs and there was a bed upstairs, and a TV on each of the floors. My daughter and I only stayed for one night as we were travelling around Italy. However, the kitchen facilities (which we didn't use) were excellent, particularly if people are staying for a few days.

The room keycard didn't initially work so we had to phone the main hotel and had to wait for 30 minutes or so for someone to arrive with the correctly programmed room keycards, as this particular hotel has an arrangement (or is owned by?) an international hotel chain which is a 15 minute walk away (which is where we had to pick the room keycards up from in the first place). This was a slight irritation but overall didn't impact our stay and we would happily come back

Excellent location in Parma, right in the city centre. The apartment is newly furnished and it has all the amenities. It is located in the centre but it is very silent. The entrance to the residence is in a very nice and clean courtyard. Breakfast is not included but there is no need. In 3 min walk distance the choice is very wide: bars and bakery. Our apartment was spacious, warm as temperature and atmosphere. It has a small kitchen and a nice bathroom. Wi fi was good. The Residence is closed to the train station (walking distance, 15 min without large luggage). Check in at Novotel Hotel, close to the train station. No need to check out: we left the cards on the table and closed the door at 11.00 am. When checking in, one needs to provide 100€ deposit for potential damages, to be reimbursed in a few days. We were happy with the choice.

nothing to mention

The accommodation is in a good location, the room was very spacious and was simple but well decorated.

There was no kettle so had to warm up the water in the microwave and was a little disappointed with the cleaning of the room. Noticed that you only make the beds and fold the towels. We had coffee the first night and left the cups in the sink, they stayed there for 2 days! You obviously don´t wash any dishes so had to make alternative solution. I have no problem doing the washing up but would appreciate you providing the cleaning products and tea towels for your guests as it is ridiculous to expect your guests to buy cleaning products for a few nights stay, especially when flying in from another country.

Lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent. The staff at Novotel were very nice. With a bit better management and a bit more attention to detail, it would be a wonderful place.

The check-in process is terrible. You have to check in a Novotel, which is a 10-minute walk away. You also have to pay a 100 euro deposit. The apartment has a small kitchen but no washing up liquid or drying clothes. We rang the Novotel reception to book a taxi for 9:45 on our departure day, but it didn't arrive, so we walked to the station.

Location. Quiet. Large room. Great shower and bath. Bed very comfy. Easy access. Five stars.

Nothing, except it needed a coffee maker which I purchased and left for the next occupant.

Great apartment in the heart of Parma, 12 min walk from the train station. It’s in a beautiful historic building with a courtyard. The apartment itself is big and really nice on the inside, with a big kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom with a strong shower. Close walk to almost everything. Check in with the affiliated hotel near the train station was smooth.

The sheets were clean and fresh but not the softest/smoothest, a bit rough feeling.

I've stayed here twice and would highly recommend it. The suite was spacious, spanning two floors, in great condition & very comfortable - especially the bed. The Wi-Fi was fast, and they provide daily cleaning service. Although the suite had a kitchen, I didn’t use it. The building features an elevator, which is convenient, though it's important to note that there are three steps at the entrance that might make wheelchair access difficult. The location is perfect, situated right in the center of town and close to everything—sightseeing spots, restaurants, shops, and transportation (incl. train station). Overall, my stays were excellent, and I would definitely return here for my future trips.

One small extra is that you need to check in at the Novotel Hotel, which is a few minutes walk, however they do offer a free shuttle if you ask for it. Checking out is easy - just leave the key cards in the apartment. Remember, there's no front desk at the apartment building, so keep your key cards safe from getting wiped, or you'll have to go back to Novotel reception for new ones :)

Excellent check-in at the Novotel, even provided a transfer to the apartment, which although it wasn't a long walk was very much appreciated. Parking at the Novotel very good. Really, really good location. Apartment was spacious, clean and very modern inside, with a lovely old-fashioned street and building

Not a dislike, but from the description it implied the apartment had a washing machine/ dryer, whereas it was a communal facility. Not a problem though, we still made use of it, but it got very busy just as we were finishing our use
