Very calm and surrounded by greenery with spacious gardens. Restaurant food was great and staff at reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Room services is great (special thanks to Omima) and a very special thanks to all the reception staff who helped me during my visit to book taxis and facilitate my stay at BW green city Hotel.

Very modern facility surrounded by historical farm country facade. Generally nice day staff. Breakfast Buffet was good but not great. Enoughr food though and variety of choices. Exterior the property is amazingly large and well groomed. You are greeted by five rather friendly rabbits that mill about the property. This hotel location is screaming for an outdoor pool and they have the space for it.

Plane landing or taking off in the middle of the night or early morn. Had a 3 day stay F, S and S. Plane issue only on Friday. Hotel is adjacent to a Regional Airport. It was quite loud but it only happened once. Not sure if it’s a common occurrence Mon-Thur. Stayed on ground floor and toilet didn’t flush very well. Shower is large but entry into shower is not very safe:comfortable with sliding panels. Folding panels would open up entry into large shower. Upside to shower is the water pressure was excellent

The rooms were excellent and clean, and the zone was quiet. The staff was friendly and helped us by suggesting some excellent restaurants near the city centre. The building in which the hotel is located is suggestive, and they have a pretty garden in which rabbits roam around. The hotel also has a free spacious parking area.

The location was far from the city centre and might be hard to find. The bar prices of the hotel are incredibly high for the Italian average.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist-Harpreet was very helpful. She helped us with almost all our questions. Kids had a lovely memorable time - playing with the rabbits on the property.

Small rooms. Repetitive breakfast. The hotel is away from the Parma city centre. Please check with the bus schedule if you're using public transport. We missed We had to walk nearing 1.5kms at night to reach the hotel.

The restaurant boasts an exceptional setup and outstanding service. The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a delightful selection of local meals paired with excellent local wines. The garden is also a nice touch. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning when I’m in the region again.

I regret not staying longer to fully appreciate the place.

Breakfast was actually very good, better than we were expecting. We chose to stop here because it's convenient for the motorway and has plenty of free parking spots. We drove into Parma centre for dinner (10mins). The building is cool, the grounds were nice and we loved the rabbits. It was clean and quiet and the beds were OK but I've slept in more comfortable for the price.

The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable

We loved our stay! The greenery around was perfect for our dog. The stuff was friendly, the hotel is quiet in general. A very nice atmosphere and together with the great bed we had a pleasant stay. The shower was also convenient with good pressure and warm water.

Even though the buffet in the breakfast was fresh and tasty, I would prefer a few more options. Overall it was great though.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities that we could ask for. The hotel is in lovely location out of town and even has bunny rabbits living in the grounds. The staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to have stayed much longer.

I can't think of anything that the hotel lacked, we were completely comfortable, ate well and slept well.

Small B&B’s are great but it’s also nice to check into a modern, clean, spacious hotel with a staff that’s there onsite instead of commuting by text. My room and bathroom were perfect, breakfast was nice, and the design of the hotel was really very beautiful. Agricultural setting with black bunnies also very nice!?

Rooms spacious and clean, air conditioning working great and mini fridge in room. Breakfast had a decent selection although it could have been better. Staff was friendly. Location is pretty good for stops while traveling and the airport has basically no traffic. Loved the rabbits hopping around freely in the garden in front of the hotel.

Wifi was not working. Toilet flush pressure was too low.
