Beautiful big Lobby. Receptionist very gentle and also very good English, Italian speaking. Parking Outside, enough places. I have like very much my received Sleeping Room, good working air-conditioning. I was positively surprised about my Toilet-Bathroom very very big with a Jakuzzi Bath Tube. Flat TV was excellent. Very very clean. Wonderful Breakfast Buffet with enough choices. Restaurant with excellent cooking. Not so far from the City Centre, with the Car about 10 till 15 Minutes. I can and will recommend this excellent Hotel, not far from the Highway.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The cost was inexpensive. On our over 2 weeks of travel in Italy and Switzerland, this was the most upscale accommodation we stayed in and the least expensive.

The hotel is near the highway but on the outskirts of Parma. It was fine for us because we had a rental car to get to the town center. We were there in April, and the hotel had not yet moved from heating to air conditioning, and our room was uncomfortably warm. The staff tried to cool the room without much success. Even with the warm room, we would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was well-maintained and peaceful, perfect for rest Overall, a very good experience, and I would recommend it to others.

The only downside was the breakfast selection. There were no beef or chicken cold cuts; all options were pork-based (salami, ham, etc.), which may not suit everyone's dietary preferences. It would be great if the hotel could offer more inclusive options in the future.

Clean, modern hotel, with restaurant, on outskirts of Parma, and close to the autoroute. Good for a one night stay, or business trip. Very good receptionist, and nice restaurant staff.

The water stopped working for an hour or so on the 4th floor. The receptionist was very good, organised a technician to come urgently to fix it, and provided us with extra bottled water, sandwiches, and other treats to make up for the discount she could not give us ( because we had paid through booking.com)

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was very nice, spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was super cozy. The breakfast was delicious. The bathroom is clean, nice, and well-equipped. I notice that in this hotel they pay attention to the details, which I appreciate a lot. They clean your room daily, and give you fresh towels and supplies (shampoos, razors, toothpaste, and toothbrush ...). The staff is very kind. This hotel is a great choice for business people and everyone else who wants to explore the area. There's a free parking. Next time I travel to Parma, I will choose this hotel again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there was plenty to be had. This hotel is under utilised as it seems to have a lot going for it. It is a little off the main road, but that contributes to how quiet it is.

Dogs are allowed in this hotel for an extra fee, which is fantastic. However, it would be good if owners were advised they are not to leave their animals in their room alone. We had a very stressed puppy left alone next door, so it was barking. No blame to the dog, just the owners.

Restaurant… poor standard of. Spaghetti with clams should read: spaghetti with parsley. Tasteless apart from parsley. Luca the waiter was outstanding but a big ask to serve 20+ people on his own, he managed, just. There were though, diners moaning and rightly so. The standard in the kitchen “mediocre”. Breakfast too was below par with hard pastries, and no bacon left.

Conveniently located close to the highway, reasonably sized rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of free secure parking. Personnel was very kind and the price was very good, we didn't even have to pay extra for our dog. Breakfast had enough sweet and savoury options, including bacon and eggs. We stayed in two connecting rooms, which is better than just one family room because of the availability of two bathrooms. We will definitely consider stopping here again.

The walls are quite thin, we could hear our neighbour when he went to the bathroom 😳 and everything that was going on in the corridor, but luckily that wasn't much. The light in the bathroom works only with a sensor, so be prepared to be blinded if you get up to go there at night. Dogs are not welcome in the restaurant/breakfast room, but there is a great restaurant just a short walk from the hotel (Verdi Ricordi, less than 1km).

Good location, close to the highway and the downtown as well. Friendly staff and great coffee in the morning. There are enough parking places just in the front of the hotel.

Lighting and heating could be better. We couldn't really adjust the heating and it was quite noise, typical fan coil heating & cooling.
