The common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and seating was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Our room, 708 was clean but seems like it needed to be refurbished. We paid for a deluxe room but this did not seem to fit our description. The hallways on the first floor, which was where our room was, was very dark and carpeting old, also needed refurbishing. This hotel seems to host many conferences and tour groups. The night we wanted to have a drink at the bar there was an entire group in the bar area listening to some type of presentation. Seems they should have been in a private room at the hotel doing this. We asked the bartender if we could order a bottle of Prosecco which he did acknowledge we could do after checking with someone and then we went to sit in one of the common areas away from the bar area.

This hotel is perfectly located, not in the middle of the craziness, but close enough that a 10 min walk takes you everywhere. The hotel is beautiful, and the room we got was amazing, super comfortable and quiet. The staff is very nice and super helpful, especially with needs like finding an EV charging station.

unfortunately, the breakfast was really disappointing, my husband went ahead of me to have some breakfast and after 2 minutes called me to say that we would be finding somewhere outside to eat as it was very dirty, the yogurts had been sour, and he could not get past the unhygienic feel of it.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel for one night during our visit to Parm. Located in close proximity to the railway station of Parma, it made our arrival and departure seamless. It was also within walking distance of the center of Parma and all the bustling restaurants, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. One of the first things that struck us was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby, hallways, and our room were all spotless, setting the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The air conditioning in the room worked like a charm, providing respite from the summer heat and ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast selection was good. There were numerous options to choose from, and catering to different tastes. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of fruits and cereals, the spread was not only delicious but also thoughtfully presented. However, what truly stood out during our stay was the warm and friendly service we received from the hotel staff. From the moment we checked in to the time of our departure, the staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Parma for a short stay.

I stayed at the property for less than 10 hours, as I arrived at midnight and left at 8 am. Very positive the smooth check in done at midnigh, with staff member Fabio being very professional and helpful. For the rest the room was good, spacious and clean.

Bed was a bit hard and walls a bit thin, I could hear everything the others were doing in nearby rooms.

Pleasant hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location on the edge of the old town. Everything is within a pleasant walking distance.

There was no fresh salad or vegetables at breakfast (tomato, cucumber,...). The hotel bar was constantly closed, apparently it was not yet the tourist season. It is difficult to find a parking space, but there is a paid parking garage across the street. 20 euros/ 24 hours.

Exceptionally clean with comfortable bed, plenty hot water, wifi strong. Lovely staff especially in the dining room.

No kettle or irons in the rooms , the only place in Italy I’ve stayed, saying they were illegal. €5 +€5 service fee for a cup of tea when I asked for a full pot. Bar team member (female) sour faced & missing in action for over an hour & bar not serving all day as advertised for drinks & snacks.

Breakfast was very good; we were there for a concert in Reggio Emilia, the front desk team is exceptional, gave us the room as soon as ready, called us cabs, gave us a Parma map, very professional and friendly. Hotel is close to the station (you can walk), convenience stores, pubs and historical centre. Very good value for money, I recommend!

Room and location were very good.

Breakfast was not at a quality level we had at other hotels on our trip. Food and utensils were occasionally not available . We had to search for an empty and clean table at times. This may have been due to one or two larger bus/tour/business groups you had in the hotel.
