The location of the hotel is exceptional as steps away from town, where there are lots of places to eat, drink and shop, as well as amazing architecture and points of interest to see. Also, the hotel provides an amazing breakfast in a beautiful room with lots to choose from

As the hotel is in a restricted part of town, ie for pedestrians only, the instructions given to get to the hotel were very confusing and it was difficult to try and call the hotel for help. Also, the bedroom and bathroom were very small

Awesome hotel in the very heart of Parma. Our room had a terrace with amazing view on local roofs. Extra clean room with spacious bathroom. Small fridge in the room in case you need. We didn't take breakfast, but there are plenty of local places to eat nearby. The hotel has own parking but in case you didn't book it beforehand you can use parking service - they take your car and return once needed, costs 25 euro per day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a very cozy hotel in the city center of Parma. Rooms are very small (at least mine was supersmall), but clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was even fitted with a bidet. The staff was helpful but generally invisible - just how I expected it. Breakfasts were quite basic, but can't complain. Generally speaking - it's a great hotel for a short stay. Recommend it!

Great location, very comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with a variety to choose from. I booked the room a day prior to my stay and the price was very affordable, I was very surprised actually. Staff is kind and check-in super easy.

There were some guest with motorbikes and while arriving and departing they made an increadible noise for quite some time (it felt like 10 minutes which felt like an eternity) - this was the only not nice thing, but obviously the hotel can't do much about it.

Although a bit "essential" (expected for an hotel situated in an old building, though), the room was comfortable, very clean, tidy, equipped with all the standard facilities. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. The location was great: in the core of the city center basically in front of the Teatro Regio.

Breakfast was fair. I wasn't expecting a full English breakfast of course, and the options provided were more than adequate. However, the standard of the food could be improved (especially the coffee and the juices).

Lovely hotel, an excellent breakfast (especially the chocolate pie was delicious). The staff was kind, the room was clean, water pressure was good. Nothing to complain at all :) I stayed for work and took a mental note to always stay at Hotel Torino when I go to Parma I don't know if all staff speak English (since I am Italian), but I saw one of the staff members during breakfast helping an old couple that does not speak Italian and was trying to use the juice maker, and she was really focused on helping them, trying to understand the questions and trying to talk in English with them, which was sweet to see. Very good customer service!

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The location is just perfect, right near with all sightseeing in the center of Parma. I would recommend it!

There was no fridge... I think it's my fault that I did not check facilities but usually fridge always in the room. It was very heat weather in Parma... I would recommend hotel administration to add small fridge in each room :)

A few steps from the Ducal Palace. Helpful staff. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable bed. Locked garage for bicycles.

I think they should have a small fridge and a kettle in the room. My single room was small; a larger person might struggle with the limited space in the shower.

Great location for everything. Nice room with a sunny balcony. Nice and helpful staff in the reception. Called us a taxi often and it arrived very fast to the front door. Good breakfast with good varity.

No fridge in the room. Too hard bed and pillows. Rude woman working in the breakfast, hope she can learn from the helpfull and smiley reception staff.

The shower was really small. Fortunately, I am not large, and I have no mobility issues, but for someone who is/does, it could be difficult. Also, the toilet needed repaired. The water continued to run after flushing. I figured out how to tweek it.
