The location of Hotel Torino was lovely. Nothing is far away in Parma as it’s not a very big city but this was on a charming, small pedestrian street very centrally located - about a 3 minute walk to the main piazzas. The city was very charming and we enjoyed our stay there looking at the historical buildings, art, and eating delicious food. The staff was very professional and gracious. We had a nice view from our window in the annex suite.

We stayed in an annex suite. The bed definitely needed a foam mattress pad or something to make it more comfortable - you could feel all the coils and so we did not sleep terribly well. I’m not sure how small the rooms are if you don’t book a suite; I would more classify this as a “large room” as opposed to a suite, but I’m glad we booked the bigger size. For a “suite” I would expect to be able to sit and relax in the room, but there was only one chair (and more of a dining chair than a comfortable one). I would have been nice to have at least two. There also was a small fridge so we could store some of our food in there, and a little shelf with a coffee maker.

The location of the hotel is exceptional as steps away from town, where there are lots of places to eat, drink and shop, as well as amazing architecture and points of interest to see. Also, the hotel provides an amazing breakfast in a beautiful room with lots to choose from

As the hotel is in a restricted part of town, ie for pedestrians only, the instructions given to get to the hotel were very confusing and it was difficult to try and call the hotel for help. Also, the bedroom and bathroom were very small

Awesome hotel in the very heart of Parma. Our room had a terrace with amazing view on local roofs. Extra clean room with spacious bathroom. Small fridge in the room in case you need. We didn't take breakfast, but there are plenty of local places to eat nearby. The hotel has own parking but in case you didn't book it beforehand you can use parking service - they take your car and return once needed, costs 25 euro per day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a very cozy hotel in the city center of Parma. Rooms are very small (at least mine was supersmall), but clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was even fitted with a bidet. The staff was helpful but generally invisible - just how I expected it. Breakfasts were quite basic, but can't complain. Generally speaking - it's a great hotel for a short stay. Recommend it!

Size of the room. A single basic room is supertiny.

We thought it would be difficult to find but the instructions were very good. It was a little tight to park in the hotel car park but the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was right in the centre of Parma convenient for the Duomo and only 2 minutes from the Teatro Regio

There was nothing we didn't like The lift was incredibly slow but that was all part of the charm.

Great location, very comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with a variety to choose from. I booked the room a day prior to my stay and the price was very affordable, I was very surprised actually. Staff is kind and check-in super easy.

There were some guest with motorbikes and while arriving and departing they made an increadible noise for quite some time (it felt like 10 minutes which felt like an eternity) - this was the only not nice thing, but obviously the hotel can't do much about it.

Perfect location for people wanting to stay in the city. Close to everything cultural and historical Quiet. Excellent personnel.

View from windows... into damp courtyard with broken pots, junk, weeds. Not excetly scenic but the hotel can't do much about that as it belongs to the building next door or behind.

location is great. Room was very cute, loved it soo much. The whole facility was designed so out of ordinary and vel thought out.

Thought we booked breakfast, but obviously that was not the case. The booking offer changed from second to second, raising prices, obviously the one I finaly managed to get, was much higher and no breakfast included.

Although a bit "essential" (expected for an hotel situated in an old building, though), the room was comfortable, very clean, tidy, equipped with all the standard facilities. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. The location was great: in the core of the city center basically in front of the Teatro Regio.

Breakfast was fair. I wasn't expecting a full English breakfast of course, and the options provided were more than adequate. However, the standard of the food could be improved (especially the coffee and the juices).

A few steps from the Ducal Palace. Helpful staff. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable bed. Locked garage for bicycles.

I think they should have a small fridge and a kettle in the room. My single room was small; a larger person might struggle with the limited space in the shower.
