The hotel was clean, modern and adequately equipped. Parking was simple and the car park was large and secure. The room was not far from the elevators and was clean and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable and the third bed (for our child) was laid out and ready to use. Breakfast was fine... a good choice of food and the staff were polite and attentive in all cases.

The location was very close to the motorway but very difficult to find. The road name seems to be different to the one the hotel and Booking.com uses and my SatNav could not find it.. we had to resort to Google maps and then guessing which street it is, based on the similarity of the street names.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. They clean the rooms regularly, and bring fresh towels and toilet papper every day. Staff was friendly, always avaliable and helpfull. Breakfast was basic, but very good and there were healthy options to choose from. If you draw the line, you get a lot for very cheap price!

The only thing that's not great is the location, but if you have the car, you can avoid bad neighborhoods on your way to Parma center.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, although there wasn't much choice. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking available with no charge. As a summary, it is a good choice for visiting Parma and its surroundings.

The rooms were nicely decorated and maintained well. Good location with easy access from autostrada. Good spacious bathroom with clean facilities.

The hot food in the breakfast was inedible. The parking was disorganised and full.

The hotel is very clean and the location is especially good if you are travelling with your friends with paws since there is a very beautiful green park and lots of other greenery around. The personnel is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, thank you for all.

Really high quality rooms for the budget price. Excellent space, very large beds. Large bathrooms. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Staff were all exceptional. Free bikes were an added bonus.

If I had to choose one thing it would be to do something more with the outside appearance of the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. Met my expectation. All facilities were present. I liked the big size of the room and the huge bathroom with all needed stuff inside. Breakfast was good too.
