We went for a local wedding so location for us was perfect. The property is pristine and lovely. Frederico was super communicative and reliable. The bonus are the two adorable dogs on the property, Bella and Pina.

We had a wonderful romantic stay at this beautiful bed-and-breakfast. The service was excellent, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the setting was peaceful and scenic. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and their adorable puppy “Pina” made the stay even more fun/special. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to coming back soon!

This small b&b in the countryside offers serene relaxation just 15 minutes from the center of Parma. The rooms have stone walls, as does the entry area, befitting a refurbished farmhouse/barn. Our host, Federico, took us on a private tour of a small parmagiano reggiano producer, where we saw the process as close as you could get without falling into the vats. He also gave us good ideas about road trips to surrounding sights.There is a restaurant within walking distance that is quite good. Breakfast was delicious, with Parma ham, of course, but also good cheese, yogurts, pastries, juice, and scrambled eggs on demand.

It's a former farmhouse, very nice, decorated with a good taste, renovated, very clean. The breakfast was good, outside in a beautiful garden. The owner was nice and friendly and helpful. It was a good stop for one night, we have been driving from Nice to Portofino and Finizi was in the middle of our trip.

The design was beautiful, especially the king bedroom. Good breakfast. Beautiful gardens and the area is nice. It was nice to have free water, soda, coffee and snacks 24/7

Our friends in the queen bedroom found it to be very small. In both rooms there were no drawers or even a shelf to put clothes.

Great property to enjoy the country side of Parma. Nice Italian breakfast and very friendly manager who is happy to help you. During day time, you can easily reach the property from Parma using a public bus, at night you can grab a taxi (which however are not particularly cheap in Italy) so having a rental might be very useful. The town where the property is found is very small but you still have a few high quality restaurants and a couple of very nice bars (we had a spectacular aperitivo!)

Property is not as isolated as we thought as it's on a main road - having said that, it is not particularly noisy as it's surrounded by fields and a large garden but you can hear the cars from the garden during the day

Beautiful property with exquisite furnishings in a converted farmhouse. Surrounded by vineyards and gardens, with a wonderful outdoor patio for relaxing. Good breakfast and all day options for coffee, tea, water.

Beautiful building and tastefully furnished. We stayed at Corte Finzi as we wanted to experience the regions food. Federico was very helpful and took us on an interesting tour of a local Parmigioano Reggiano producer. We also arranged a tour of La Perla who produce prosciotto, the location of the guest house was ideal for both.

Our room was in a beautifully renovated stable, with stone walls and a brick floor. It could not have been more charming. The location was perfect for our tour of the facilities producing Parmigiano cheese, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto. We had a delicious dinner in a nearby castle.

Lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter, but this was inconsequential to what we liked about the room.

One of the most, if not the most beautiful hotel i have visited. Everything from design, comfort to the personell/ owners was on point. A lovely house on a lovely property with unbelieveable kind and obliging owners, who really care about you. I immediately felt like i was at home!
