The bathroom and the breakfast! It’s amazing!

I booked a 2 bed room. A double bed and a single bed. The single bed was terrible. It was not a bed. It was a sofa without any comfort to sleep. It was terrible. I didn't even have a sheet to put on the sofa. I had to take the blanket off the double bed and put it on the sofa, so I wouldn't sleep directly on the leather. And the receptionist it was not friendly. It was the first receptionist in Italy that I didn’t liked. It was rude, and never gave me a smile or a welcome word that I’m always used to when I stay in a hotel.

Easy and secure parking under the hotel, which was very important as the car was full of household stuff and personal belongings. Very nice breakfast. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have enough time. The guy at the desk was able to help us a little in English. Nice restaurant just across from the front door where we celebrated my birthday.

Air conditioning didn't really cool my room. I was too tired to say anything as we had driven from Mulhouse in France however both of my sisters' rooms were nice and cool. Unfortunately, a quiet place doesn't really exist, even in very expensive hotels, so this place wasn't bad! All things considered, I'm sure that I will stay there again, as this is a frequent drive.

The hotel reception and terasse (with a small swimming pool) are very nice and rather new/modern. The room was clean. Staff very friendly. We were also satisfied with the restaurant. Practical option when travelling by car (there is also a garage). Breakfast quite good. All togehter, good value for money.

The furniture in the room needs renovation, especially compared to the exteriors of the hotel. We had some difficulties with air conditioning. Reaching the city center without car is not very convenient.

I liked it enough to return! Secure parking. Restaurant and pool time permitting.

I'm only ever in an hotel for enough time to rest, shower, eat breakfast and get back on the road. I'm noise sensitive and wish other residents would return to their rooms quietly. I spent most of my working life in hotels as a crew member. I learned the etiquette 🤪 Hotels should post the "Quiet please" sign!

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, rooms are clean and you have a nice terrace

Lovely grounds and pool. Short taxi ride into Parma. €10 approx. very clean and nice breakfast. Room was fine, comfortable room and bed

The bar area could have been better

East stop off, a few minutes from motorway. Warm welcome, clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom with air con. Great breakfast, can sit on terrace. Good dinner in restaurant on same site. Optional outdoor dining. Clean pool and sufficient loungers in nice garden setting and bar drinks available. Our second visit and will return.

Clean, pool was clean and bed was firm and comfortable the pillows were comfortable the staff were friendly the breakfast was good overall it was great for a night

you can't use the pool whenever you want. early closing of the reception which you have to be very careful about

I liked the staff, the location , the garden with all the flowers, pool and bird’s cricket.

I would prefer at breakfast to have more vegetables .
