Very tired looking building. Thought it was actually out of business. No lights on and overgrown weeds everywhere. But don’t count a book by its cover. Inside was clean, comfortable. A regular hotel in a good location with off street parking. Close to a good restaurant.

Outside appearance had us thinking this place was out of business. A few hours labour in the outside/carpark areas would change that and make the place look habitable. First impressions count …

Clean, quiet hotel with an excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, nice shower with good pressure, lots of hot water and a handy shelf to set soap and shampoo. Great to have a small refrigerator which isn’t very common in Italy. Also nice to have air conditioning in October which some hotels turn off after the summer. Easy free parking with plenty of spaces just outside the door. Short walk to two large supermarkets. Fast wifi. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Giorgia and Silvia at reception were very welcoming and helpful.

Very little space around the sink to set toiletries. Other than this minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Friendly staff; the lady at the reception and at breakfast was very nice. Location; Parking; Cleanliness.

The noise in the room at night from the air conditioning even though it wasn't on; That there was no shower head in the shower cabin except above the head.

Easy access from the motorway for a one night stop. Vert comfortable bed and extensive choice for breakfast which is included in the price which makes it excellent value.

Location us next to a commercial centre, practical but not attractive.

we moved from hotel park residence where it was cold and fire exits and windows were locked , to a much better hotel just a few minutes up the road. The rooms were comfortable with a kettle and tea, coffee and sugar. there was a safe and most important it was warm with fire exits that worked and windows that opened . The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly . There was a supermarket and cafe a few minutes walk away. parking outside the hotel was free

the roads are confusing in the area , but if you look out for a tall light blue office block with a pointed roof the hotel is just along the road from it .

We were at the top floor, a bit noisy due to the HVAC system on the roof

Our room was very clean and spacious with all the amenities in good condition. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was exactly what we needed after a huge few days traveling.

We should have stayed longer!

Very friendly staff at the reception, big and clean room, good breakfast. Water heater (with teabags) and fridge in the room.

End of breakfast time much too early (9 a.m.)! In a hotel I would like to sleep in and not have to set the alarm clock earlier because of breakfast. Also check-out time too early. Why? This inconvenience would not be necessary. - In a serious hotel breakfast should always be possible until 10 a.m., and check out should be normal until at least 11 a.m.

Good room with bathroom. All clean. Breakfast with many cakes and good coffee. Loved that there were bacon, eggs and strawberries in breakfast. Possible late check in option.Very comfy beds!
