The room was beautiful and very clean. The hosts are what made the stay EXCEPTIONAL! Paolo and Roberto are so warm and friendly and so accommodating! Paolo made wonderful dinner recommendations and gave us walking instructions for anywhere we wanted to go. I was so surprised when they told me a wash and blow dry came with the room! Very unusual but very much enjoyed! The location is convenient to all Parma attractions, we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend stay there when visiting Parma!

There is no lift, but I can't complain, Paolo carried our bags to our room. Many thanks Paolo! :-)

We stayed 2 nights. Our hotelroom was beautifull decorated and clean. It was on the 3rd floor (we knew there was no elevator, so we had small suitcases). It is 15 minutes walking to the center of Parma, perfect for sightseeing. Parking in the Street is possible for a few hours; for 2 days we used Fitz Kennedy Public Parking, it is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotelroom was spacious, had a good bed, airco, a clean bathroom with shower; clean towels everyday, shampoo etc and is beautifully decorated. The owners Roberto and Paolo were very kind and helped us with everything. There are plenty of good restaurants at 15 minutes walking distance. We were sorry that we had to leave, we had a fantastic time! Thank you Paolo & Roberto for this pleasant stay. We will recommend your hotel!

We had a lovely stay, everything perfect. Comfortable, clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. The owners and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Located just a pleasant walk through the Park from the main city centre. We left our car in a public car park nearby, as suggested. Very convenient. I was very happy to use the hairdresser facilities early in a morning ! A real treat.

A fridge perhaps would have been good. But it didn't bother us. And be aware the rooms are up a flight or two of stairs, as people are previously warned in the description. They were very kind with their help!

Everything was excellent. The owners, Paolo & Roberto, could not have been nicer and the rooms could not have been better. We were two couples traveling together so they had us in rooms next to each other which was perfect for us to maximize our time together and coordinate our outings. The beds were very comfortable, the showers luxurious ! Well equipped with a Nespresso machine & pods in the room. We opted for breakfast to be included. Offered at a sweet cafe just a few steps away it was a real treat. Location wise, Palazzo Godzilla is right next to the Ducale Park so an easy beautiful walk to the center of town. (10 mins on foot if you go direct but 20 mins through the park) Parking was easy on the street and Paolo & Roberto were very accommodating helping us park easily.

There's no down side to staying at Palazzo Godzilla Bed & Beauty. It's a must stay for your next visit to Parma !!

From our welcome to our departure, we were treated superbly. Roberto & Paulo are the perfect hosts . Our room on 2nd floor was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom was generous & well designed. Treated with juice, coffee machine plus complimentary shampoo from their beautiful salon downstairs. Loved everything about our stay and would 110% recommend. Parma is a lovely city to visit and the hospitality shown by Roberto & Paulo topped off a great visit.

Everything was perfect

The room was fabulous but even better than the room was the quality of care and attention provided by our host Paulo. I would stay there again without hesitation, and part of this would be because of Paulo. If every place we stayed had a Paulo you could not help but have a better, less hassle holiday. Palazzo Gotti was in a great location and parking with a car was very easy. Just outside on the street was plenty of cheap, paid parking.

The fact we only stayed two nights and not more.

Our hosts were very welcoming and gracious, helping us park and carrying luggage upstairs. The rooms are very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were large and comfortable and plenty of pillows were available. Location was excellent but not too loud at night. During checkout we even received a beauty gift for both my wife and I, thank you Paolo. We will be staying here again when we come to Parma.

Everything. Starting with the communication with the owners, the check-in process, the charming and professionalism of the owners, the location in the historical district of Parma just 10 minutes away from Parma center, the rooms are beautiful, very well decorated until the very last detail, bathroom and shower are good. The owner gave us very good advices about Parma and where to go and eat. The whole process was smooth. I definitely would stay here again and again and again.

There's only one thing and the owners disclosed it in advance. There's no elevator however the owner was nice and kind and helped us to carry up the suitcases to the room.

Everything!! You went above & beyond. Your place is beautiful & your location is excellent. We had the best wine, best pizza & best meat in Parma. Parma also has the most exquisite church. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it was a blast x Roberto your English is plenty ;) & thank you, thank you, thank for all the little extra touches xx

Everything was perfect.

From the friendly welcome, to the absolutely beautiful room, to the great (yet peaceful) location, this was an absolutely wonderful accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom are luxuriously big, and the generous touches like the evening apertivo made us feel so at home. It's a quick 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Parma too.

There was nothing I would change. After weeks of travelling around Europe, this is probably my favourite stay. Do note that you must check in by a certain time, and there is no lift (although they take a lot of effort to tell you this when booking, so it shouldn't be a surprise.)
