Staff amazing Breakfast amazing Restaurant amazing Bar amazing The hotel has a special quiet atmosphere. It is an old hotel with tasty interiors which transports you to another time. Probably the best hotel of our summer On August 15th all hotel guests and all the staff had an aperitivo together to celebrate this special day in Italian culture. Combined with the Bagno di Romagna village we absolutely loved it

Positive points: - Amazing breakfast, plenty of choice for all taste and "philosophy" - Wide bedroom, plenty of space - Very comfortable firm bed - The room temperature was very warm... - Great outdoor heated pool - Very central location in Bagno di Romagna

Negative points: - The hotel is a bit too "80's retro style", time has stopped over there, some renovation is highly recommended for a 4* hotel - A bath tub in 2023 is sad, uncomfortable to take shower into, very cramped space, the water handle holder was loose, lots of water splashed around the bathroom, due to short size of the dividing glass door as well - I thought the pool was filled with "thermal" water, the adv in the hotel is a bit misleading - The room temperature was too hot, I suppose it's because of the underfloor heating system, the heating was always on, it wasn't possible to control the room temperature, there was just a manual switch that, unfortunately, was just heating up the room even more

The Hotel is very welcoming and light and the interior very stylish. Big windows and a lot of light and space. Our room was cozy and nicely done. We had a shower AND a bathtub! The breakfast was extraordinary. I have never had such a rich and diverse buffet. The host was there herself to reccomend and explain every type of food, if needed. Amazing, and 90% was home-made! i am still blown away by this luxurious breakfast.

Absolutely loved this hotel. A very well appointed and beautiful hotel. Room very spacious and clean with high quality fittings. Breakfast was outstanding. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was also outstanding. Reception staff were excellent, very helpful with suggestions for our onward cycling journey in Italy.

There is nothing to dislike.

Perfect base to spend a week learning Italian at the nearby Scuola Palazzo Malvisi. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. I had issues with availability of WiFi in my room that the staff went above and beyond to resolve. The breakfast spread was impressive with enough variety during the week to keep it interesting.

Location is great, just at the edge of the pedestrian zone. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the nearby stream. Friendly staff, massive breakfast selection. Book a recently renovated suite!

Wonderfully run hotel with excellent helpful staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean with sumptuous interiors in a great location. Breakfast couldn’t have been better. Nearby parking was an added bonus.

Rooms on the back of the hotel are just above the air conditioning engines, therefore somewhat noisy in the night

Parking was 50 metres along the road,wifi signal was good outside my room door but disappeared as soon as i stepped inside.
