We had a very pleasant 2-night stay in this lovely renovated mansion with tastefully chosen decor. The room was spacious and the space was sparkly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and are extremely grateful for the owner's openness to offer us something more on the salty (savory) side, as they usually serve a typical Italian breakfast, which is too sweet for us starting our day. And the coffee made in the moka-pot was delicious!!! We parked the car in the fenced parking lot (private, not on the street) - we're grateful for that as well.

Just as a recommendation, a couple towel hangers would be useful in the bathroom.

Pretty, fancy ...well decorated to the point of overdone. You can tell that Luca and his family/ staff love their home and business. Experience & genuine care for guests is felt from the moment you walk in the doors. Beautifully finished interior with shiny chrome fixtures, impeccably cleaned and dusted. Gorgeous period and replica antique furniture throughout and a handsome private outdoor courtyard make this casa complete!

Scented products in use...unnecessary, really. I sneezed and sneezed. The location is a bit out of the way - no night life, no great selection Of eating or restaurant choico in the areas

The room is very comfortable and cozy, there is everything you need. It is in a quiet location, we slept very well. Lucca and Chiara are very nice and helpful. There is a large space for parking in the yard. Bologna is half an hour away by autostrade.

The nearby restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so we had to drive to the nearest village for dinner. But it wasn't that much of a problem since you have to have a car here anyway.

breakfast was really nice and not to mention the table arrangement which the owner outdid himself and if you needed something else in particular he would be nice to get it for you .

Lovely place with antique decor. Large rooms, good bathroom, silent A/C, small but nice sweet breakfast. The host Luca was very nice to book for us a lovely restaurant for dinner.

The only issue is the house is situated upfront in the street that can be qute busy, even at night. But windows protect from noice.

Exceptional, amazing place❤️ Luka is great host! It’s like a museum of arts! Have to visit this place!! Breakfast room - there are no words to describe - you have to feel it!

although we loved all the decor, it was a bit in the way in our bedroom. We didn't have much space to put our belongings on the tables.

It was perfect. Owner was very kind, room was really clean and comfortable, breakfast was served with love. I would recommend this accomodation to everyone.
