Our Host was very helpful. She made dinner reservations for us when we were having a difficult time getting in restaurants. The location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and sites. Lori Also made arrangements for us to be picked up from the train station which was not far but we didn’t want to drag our bags around. We would definitely stay here again Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lorenza is a very welcoming and generous host who ensures the well- being of her guests. She shares her unique home in a thoughtful and friendly manner. The property is beautifully restored in a tasteful and appropriate manner which refects it’s history. It is well-furnished and full of interesting object d’arte. The position is close to bars and restaurants and perfect for exploring the locality on foot.

We returned to Palazzo de Matteis for a second stay during our motor tour of the area. Lori was exceptionally welcoming and helped us with our needs. I love the comfortable setting of the B&B. Grazie une Mille Lori!!

Can’t think of anything. San Servero was a very comfortable place to visit.

Great location for town, but seasonally perhaps town was not as open. Looked promising. Lovely premises. Lory was so welcoming.

Lory (our host) was exceptionally tuned in to our needs as tourists. The home like setting was so comforting after being in hotels.

Nice decor, clean. Old building. In the center of San Severo. Very nice and friendly staff.

The bathroom is a bit strange... in the passage between the kitchen and the bedroom. If one person is using the bathroom, then the other is stuck in the kitchen area or the bedroom... it was very cute but strange

A beautiful pallazzo in the middle of San Severo. You feel yourself a prince, also by the warm welcome of the lady of the house. We loved it.
