We arrived slightly skeptical due to some of the reviews, but the price we found on Booking was just too good to ignore. To our surprise, the hotel delivered much more than expected! Our room was spacious and extremely clean, with a gorgeous view over Lake Garda. The furnishings weren’t brand new, but everything was well kept, and the bathroom had clearly been renovated recently. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. After a week of camping in the Dolomites, the wellness area felt like pure heaven. The pool is large (around 17m lenght) and very warm - almost too warm for swimming laps, but fantastic for relaxing. Add to that the whirlpool, heated chairs, and sauna, and it was exactly what we needed. Yes, some repairs could improve the space, but this didn’t affect our enjoyment. Food was another highlight. For €15 per person, dinner included a varied and tasty buffet with salads, soups, pasta, desserts, and even fresh fish dishes each night. Breakfast was just as good - generous, fresh, and filling. We also have to mention the staff, who were genuinely welcoming and kind. Special thanks to Bogdan at the reception and Georgiana in the restaurant for their warmth and professionalism. This hotel turned out to be a hidden gem - fantastic value for money, set in a stunning spot above Lago di Garda, in the peaceful village of San Zeno di Montagna. We would gladly return!

The location was stunning, breathtaking views, spacious gardens and sunbed area. The Reception staff were incredibly helpful as had couple of minor issues which were sorted out very quickly with no fuss

Difficult to access other places or things to do as no transport so had to get bus in to Garda.

Beautiful views and amazing facilities - including jacuzzi, indoor pool, gym, parking. The room was also very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good location in terms of proximity to the town, restaurants, etc. Very nice environment around the hotel for relaxation.

The staff was always busy when we stopped by at the reception and not very accommodating to our requests. For example, upon asking about gluten free options for dinner we were told that they cannot accommodate a gluten free meal as they have too many guests and cannot cook for one. There was gluten free bread and muffins for breakfast but the buffet options (cheeses, ham, musli, etc.) were limited for a celiac.

Lovely views over lake Garda, was great to have sauna and steam room and pool included. Good price. Friendly staff. Good bar prices.

Large school groups could make it noisy in the spa area. Sauna and steam room were not always on, which was a shame.

Good location, beautiful view. Hotel food is better than the restaurants in the village. The team is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel building and facilities feel a bit old, but it feels that they renew it slowly. The king size bed was two small beds, and it's not so comfort

The dinner was magnificent for the tiny little price it ended up costing. Additionally, one member of the group needed variations (gluten-free, lacto free), and got the food separately prepared to match the needs.

We had a great stay and would definitely go again if we are back in the area. We had a car so it was easy for us to access the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel itself is yes, a little dated but has a lovely charm to it, maybe not what the current Instagram generation would consider chic. For the price we paid we were more than happy. The staff were lovely and our room was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! There were quite a few school groups there when he visited but we never heard a thing during the night. The breakfast is a typical continental selection and there was so much variety and plenty to pick from. The views from the front of the hotel are spectacular. In the evening we bought a bottle of wine from the bar (VERY reasonably priced) and sat on the terrace watching the sun go down over Lake Garda. It was magical. The town where it is located is very quaint and has lots of restaurants available, this includes a Michelen star restaurant that we wish we'd been able to get a reservation for.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast with various options to choose from. The location with the view was extremely nice and pleasant.

Room was next to staircase and lift so it was loud.

The facilities are good , needs a refreshing. The room that we had was big enough, nice bathroom with a double shower, very comfortable bed . The staff is very friendly, especially Jessica. She is the best , always trying to help in any possible way. Thank you Jessica for everything

Well,I'm expecting more fresh salad on breakfast and really need to put an o'clock on the wall in a spa area, please!
