I booked on behalf of my mother and father as they were travelling around Italy for Mothers 60th. Firstly, I would like to say that even though I did not attend the visit the hotel was extremely helpful and easy to speak to when organising. Following up with my parents visit they was so overwhelmed by their visit... Pleasant people so kind and helpful, spectacular view from the room, parking was accessible and not taxing, Breakfast was a nice spread, the hotel has lots of character. All nearby amenities where in walking distance as well as eateries. They advised me that they would most definitely return to Hotel Menapace, and they wish them enormous success for the future.

Guests of the bar/restaurant who sit outside tend to smoke a lot, and the tables are just below the balconies. If you like inhaling cigarette smoke, the balcony may be a perfect place for you to enjoy the lake view. Otherwise, if you are a nonsmoker or do not tolerate cigarette smoke (asthma/respiratory issues/etc), you may not be able to use the balcony, especially in the evenings.

If I could give this place a 15 out of 10 I would. Magnificent views, Jessica the host was exceptional. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is impeccably maintained - it was like waking up in a dream. Stunning pool with a picturesque view of the rolling hills. Attention to detail was wonderful - they left us pasta and sauce, milk and water in the fridge as well as breakfast treats, jam etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was nothing I needed that I didn’t find. We will absolutely be back, again and again!

The property was nice and clean, staff very friendly and good with parking. Our room had a great view and good excess to the water.

The location way the cause that it was quite noisy, the night was the issue. I had booked it with a medium dog and the fee was not mentioned throughout the booking, therefore it was a bit disappointing that there was additional charges.

A Family-Run business, we have discovered, can often make a tremendous difference. This family is dedicated, friendly, and extremely helpful. It is obvious they are passionate about what they do. It is Right on the lake. Also, the breakfast buffet gives a wide variety of options, and all the food is delicious!

Very clean room and hotel. Very comfortable bed and room. View from balcony of room 104 is breathtaking and amazing. Just 20 steps walking from hotel to the beach! Parking is included for hotel guests which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay.

Tremendous view on the lake from our balcony, very friendly owner, we enjoyed using deckchairs and parasols directly at the lake free of charge. SUPs would have been available too.

One has to cross a street to reach the lake - but has not been a secret and applies to almost all accommodations at the lake. It appears that the hotel is very dog-friendly, which is a plus for those, who like or own dogs.

Easy check in, great breakfast, half board option, Restaurant open 6 days a week. Comfortable rooms, Great view of the lake, small beach area, walkable to other restaurants and mini market. Beach lounges available, free parking. Highly recommend would love to come back.

This family run hotel is friendly and welcoming. It is just opposite the lake and they had available deck chairs and small inflatables to make the experience better. It was always about quality especially the food, dinner or the breakfast; fresh bread, eggs, selections of meats and cheeses, and much more. We did not want to leave!

The vicinity to the beach is what really sells this place, and the fact that you could rent beach chairs, umbrellas and SUPs was a huge plus! Pai is very quiet and it’s fairly close to other cities and attractions by car.

We felt like the standard of the room and restaurant could have been higher considering the price.
