Amazing vibe at this fabulous hotel - perfect for our needs. Laid back with excellent service from every member of staff, in particular Sebastian (who appears to work 24hrs always smiling and helpful), Lucia (who suggested a fabulous fiesta that we visited) and Mati at the bar. We made good use of the free pool table and table football, hired paddleboards and kayak. Relaxed on the sunbeds on the jetty, so peaceful and relaxing. Most guests had cars, we did not but bus stops directly outside. I advise downloading the ATV app, easy to buy and use bus tickets - all on one phone. Travelled for meals to towns both north and south in evenings and for sightseeing during the day. The breakfast is amazing, something for every member of the family - including funniest of eateries! Thank you everyone at the Hotel Caribe pur stay was exactly what we had hoped for and needed.

As other reviewers mentioned this place is a bit dated but has a really cool oldschool holiday vibe to it. Would definitely recommend the lake view. There's a bar on the spot which serves good drinks and the snacks were really really good, especially the pinsa. There's a pier to sit directly by the lake, bikes and boards to rent, a pool table and lots more. Cheap parking on the spot, ground or underground. For someone really picky about their breakfast, I'd rate it as good. Staff was very friendly.

The AC didn't work so we got moved a few times but the staff was very helpful and we ended up with a nicer room than we paid for. Not hotel related but there aren't any restaurants directly in the area, but a 15 minute walk south gets you to a very tasty one in the next town.

Superb breakfast, lots of choices and good quality of products! You can enjoy the view on the lake while having breakfast, it is very nice. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. maybe the bathroom could use a little update.

No fridge in the room was a bit of a downside. There is a tiny fridge available at the reception, but it seems hard to believe it would fit more than 2-3 people stuff. The bathroom is really outdated and urgently need renovation. Old (not-working) hairdryer fixed to the wall, shower that has seen batter days, the grouts keeps being re-applied on top of the previous one, it is a bit messy looking.

I liked the 70’s vibe of the hotel, it is slightly outdated but the rooms are very clean and everything worked well. Staff are so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Location is amazing, and the view from the room is incredible.

Not a major issue, but I think more choice on the food menu would be ideal for nights you don’t want to go out for dinner. A few options were not available when requested.

The room was great and very clean, with a fabulous view of the lake. The bar in the front lobby was nice, as well as the pool area, and the large dock over the water. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the toilet paper was just little squares instead of a continuous role. But that is definitely not something that would stop us from staying there again.

Although it was already mentioned at the time of booking so it wasn't a surprise for us, but the reception was kind enough to let us check out at 11 am without any questions asked (so actually a plus for staff and a minus for hotel policy) No mini refrigerator in the room

Everything in the hotel was exactly like in the pictures. The room was very nice, clean (cleaned every day, new towels,). The view was nice. The breakfast room had a good vibe, with a view on the lake, really good selection of food. We didn't try the pool but went to the lake - there are some sun beds right in front of the hotel (across the street). There are no restaurants, shops etc. nearby but there is a bus that goes around the lake so you can just jump in and go to the nearest town (bus stop is right in front of the hotel). You can also eat at the hotel - the food is ok, pizza was really nice.

No affordable taxis - but this applies to the whole area - the staff were very nice and tried to help us.

My friends and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The view of the lake and private pool were stunning. The rooms were spacious, bright, and spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options, both sweet and savory, along with a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and drinks. All of this at a reasonable price. We'll definitely return if we're back in that part of Italy. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The hotel offered a delightful experience overall, though there was one minor concern with the thin walls. While the walls didn't provide significant sound insulation, the fellow guests were exceptionally polite and quiet, contributing to a relatively peaceful ambiance. For those who are exceptionally light sleepers, I might suggest considering earplugs as a precaution.

Staff were excellent, Simone makes brilliant cocktails and has many specials! Room was clean and spacious, felt looked after at the hotel and breakfast was brilliant each morning, lovely views of the lake too

Great value for money. Convenient location with a scenic view of the lake and mountains as well as a cycle path along the lake. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with a balcony. Delicious breakfast with a lovely choice of food. Great facilities with the outdoor pool, car park, small pier with sun loungers and possibility of renting a bike for free (there is a lovely restaurant by the lake a few minutes walk along the lake). Very late check in with no hassle. Live music on Saturday

Nearly got charged for parking at the check out (the advert said it was free and we weren't informed at the check in). The rooms decor could do with an update.
