We really enjoyed our stay at La Caletta Hotel Bolognese, Host is great and take really good care of the guest and makes them feel homely, Franchesca took extra effort to plan and suggest what we can do in short time and make most of our time in Lake garda. The room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable throughout. Also Breakfast was amzing and we enjoyed with views. The location of our accommodation was perfect. Situated appox in the center of Lake Garda. Very close to bus stop and It was also convenient for exploring nearby towns like Malcesine, each with its own charm and attractions.

From our arrival to our departure you could not fault this hotel. Old style charm and hospitality goes a long way and the ladies displayed excellent hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and they made you feel welcome every minute of your stay. Breakfast was fantastic, room really comfortable and views and location amazing. Walking around was easy, close to the village. We will definitely be back. Thankyou Francesca

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It is a family run hotel. Old-fashion, stylish and gorgeous. Our stay was amazing: beautiful view and huge terrace 2 meters from the lake Garda, you have to cross only pedestrian road. The staff and everybody are very nice and take good care of the guests. We traveled with 2 kids: 8 months and 5 years. And for our family the room was perfect: two rooms and a terrace.

The stay was too short.

This location is great for a visit to Lake Garda. Unlike the north and south ends of the lake, this hotel is in a relatively quiet area, not overrun by tourists, but still an easy walk to shops, bars, and restaurants (but the hotel restaurant/bar is more than adequate - see below). The mother/daughter owners are very impressive, involved in every detail of this hotel and its restaurant, and that attention showed in the quality of our stay. Each speaks at least 4 languages, and the rest of the staff are friendly and attentive. The lake is the most comforting pool during the hot weather experienced during our stay. We also must mention the high quality of the food: the BBQ dinners, including a hamburger, were some of the best we have ever had; the breakfasts are large and diverse, and the vegetables and salads were very fresh.

Really, the only negative thing about our stay was that our room didn't have air conditioning and the weather grew increasingly hotter during our stay until sleeping the last two nights was difficult. There are air conditioned rooms in the hotel, so if you are poorly adapted to heat as we are, be sure and specify this need when you check in.

The place is amasing, bit further from towns yet you can easily get to the town on foot in less than 10 min. On the shore of the lake with garden and amasing views from the windows. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Highly highly reccomended!

No power outlet next to the bed. Breakfast was bit confising.

I absolutely could not recommend this hotel more. From the moment we arrived, they were so lovely and really made sure we were taken care of. The private beach is a one of a kind and the restaurant was beautiful (recommend the gnocchi with Gorgonzola). We absolutely loved it and were so sad to leave! Definitely will be returning!!

Could not fault!

A very comfortable accomodation with a beautiful view of the lakeside. Ana and Francesca were wonderful hosts. They also gave us great tips of what to see, transport options and where to eat nearby. There was a very nice breakfast and an option to also have some dinner at the hotel. The meals were tasty and the service was excellent. There's also a private beach next to the hotel and was lovely to watch the sunset from there. The hosts are also multilingual so helps with communication. We will definitely come back and stay here again, also recommend to our family and friends :)

What a gem this place is, Francesca and her mother are absolute diamonds. such a personal intimate hotel, breakfast was outstanding, location and view was outstanding.

for me the bed was way to hard, im sure if this would be an issue they would be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

It was right on the lakeside with great views. All the staff were lovely and so helpful. The food was fantastic, both at breakfast and in the evening. The BBQ’s in the evening were particularly great. The hotel was within easy access of buses in both directions and travelling around was very easy.

The only reason we have not given the property a 10 was due to other guests smoking at breakfast, evening meal and in the outside decking area next to ours. As non smokers, it was a bit unpleasant .

The property is so sweet, comfortable, and charming. It has its own personal twist and style which makes you feel comfortable and at home. The personal touches at breakfast or for coffee are delightful. The staff works hard and doesn’t make you feel like a tourist. Easy parking available, beautiful walk to Castelletto for dinners, and the lake property is stunning. I recommend to travelers who like laid back luxury and personable staff.
