very large room, beautiful structure in a beautiful and very handy location, with lake view. The breakfast terrace is beautiful, with an amazing view.

you have to walk outside to go to the spa/pool area, in winter that means you have to put on your coat, then remove, then put on again, etc. Heating can't be controlled in the room, you have to message the staff and they'll do it right away, still i feel like if i could have done it myself it would have been easier. restaurant is ok, i dined there once and i thought the price was too high for the quality i got. Breakfast is average.

Lovely hotel surrounded by lots of greeny, great location (my 4, nearly 5 year old would walk down to the town for dinner each night) Both the girls loved the pool and it never felt too crowded. Pleasant walk down to the lakefront and restaurants. Will be returning. Staff were very friendly. Poolside restaurant and main restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great. My girls loved the pancake machine! We stayed on a room only basis but decided to pay for breakfast when there as it was such good value and had lots of options.

The superior apartment was super spacious, it was sold as a 1 bed but actually had 2 bedrooms and a separate lounge. The resort is stylish and relaxed. We were instantly at ease. The pools are beautiful. The restaurant view is stunning and the snack bar was also great during the day.

We liked everything, only suggestion would be for additional sun loungers by the family pool, as we struggled to get some on a couple of occasions if we went out in the morning to the lake and then back in the afternoon.

Location is very good, on the east side of Lago di Garda. Suite was very clean and spacious. We had bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was really nice, we loved fruit juice maschine to make freash squized juice

Suite is not in mail building so in order to go to gym, spa or internal pool you need to walk outside and in November, when we was there this was not convunient since it was too cold. Pool is open from10-19 and unfortunately we didn’t managed to swim since we spend full day outside Otherwise all is very very nice

Everything at the Park Germino was perfect. It was our first time in Italy, and it was recommended to try Lake Garda. What a beautiful place, and this hotel made it even better. Suits were very spacious with very comfy bed and air con was a god send. On our arrival to our suite there was a complementary bottle of wine and food and drink vouchers, which i thought was a very nice touch. We had a well stocked mini fridge, although you had to pay for what you used. Our suite was cleaned every day with fresh towels and even a fresh complementary bottle of water every day even if you hadn't used the previous one they left another one. (Tip) this might be the tight Yorkshireman in me but we took all the stock out of the fridge, put it on the worktop, bought our own drinks when out and about as it was cheaper and used the empty fridge to keep them cool, we even used the bottled water they kept leaving us to take on our days out. Breakfast was served from 7am - 10am every morning in the restaurant, plenty of choice from pancakes to meats to cereals, yoghurts even cakes, the only disappointment was the cooked breakfast which was cold and not much good but as I say all the other choice of stuff on offer made up for it so we never bothered with the cooked stuff after the first morning. The location was very good also, there was a bus stop just at the bottom of the complex on the main road to get to places like Lazise which I highly recommend, (beautiful little place) or the opposite way to Garda, you can even get the bus there to Verona which we did and only took a hour which is also recommended. Busses were very frequent but go by the timetable at the bus stop and not the online one as they differ a great deal and you will miss your bus 🤣, plus Bardolino is only a short 10 to 15min walk depending on which way you go to the centre . Will definitely be back.

Stunning location, beautiful apartment. Loved every minute of our stay, staff were lovely and attentive especially the lovely girl who served us on the rooftop bar. Stunning views across the lake whilst enjoying a cocktail. Apartments are a 10 minute walk down the hill to the edge of the lake then a lovely walk along to visit all the great bars and restaurants. If you have walking differculties the hill coming back may be too much its not steep but could be a problem for some. Would definitely recommend these apartments and Bardolino.

Only one little thing, the pool was beautiful but not heated and very cold. Not sure if they heat it in peak season but as it was still only September 23rd, and days were mid 20's it would have been nice to be able to enjoy a swim whilst sitting around the pool area.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to the top of Bardolino Town by turning left along a fairly busy road that has a hard shoulder for pedestrians with only a small area of raised footpath. You can also walk downhill to the lake in just a few minutes. It really is very convenient for Bardolino itself and there is a bus stop just to the left of the hotel entrance where you can get a bus to Verona.

The centralized heating: needed to call every day to get the room warmer. Likewise the gym was too hot and the staff didn’t know the temperature of the water.

The view of the lake from this hotel was breathtaking. The town is small and quiet, and the walk along the lake is gorgeous. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner we had in the restaurant was very enjoyable.

We had a bit of difficulty adjusting the room temperature. The staff was very helpful in making us more comfortable.

2nd time here and was as excellent as our previous stay. Clean, very attentive staff and excellent breakfast.

Yapping Dogs!! Surrounded by dogs at breakfast. Even had one in the adults only pool one day which was very off putting (although the member of staff in kiosk did ask them to remove the dog)
