The location can’t be beat if you want an awesome beach experience. We’ve been to a lot of beaches and this was our favorite. The sand is rocky, but the water is pristine and so blue, there is great snorkeling writhing swimming distance and cliff jumping. Awesome staff, very friendly. There was an issue with the way our property was booked, the age of our two teen daughters was listed as two babies and the staff was super kind about it and modified the room right away so our kids each had their own bunk bed. We loved it here and would totally come back! Thanks for a great experience.

This place has it all. Right on the beach, good restaurant, good proximity to the city of Tropea as well as several other smaller towns. Just a plain no-frills room, but it was very clean, bed was comfortable and vey important - the AC worked great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they worked well with us although we do not speak Italian. And the hotel provided free parking. Everything you would want for a great beach vacation!

The location and proximity to the beach are incredible. You have a bar, lunch, and supper right out your door. You can book boat tours on the beach in front of you as well. You will need to rent a car for sure, it isn't close to any trains. You will want a car to explore and go into Tropea anyway. The sunsets are pretty incredible as well

Loved the location, literally right on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Breakfast was great served by a really nice guy! We had dinner in the restaurant one night right on the water. Food was really good. The staff did whatever they could to make our stay great. The room was really comfortable and the small patio was great. Also parking was really great.

The beach , and the girls working in the hotel , the one in the reception help us to get a better room at lease for 2 out of our 3 days stay and make our stay great. Also the 2 Argentines girls bar and restaurant, the Argentine clean lady was super nice too all of them great customer service that the owner didn’t have

Except the new rooms everything is old and the exterior was looking bad all the plants were dead , looks like nobody cares, because is the only hotel on the beach in Tropea travelers will come anyway

The hotel is very elegant and the room is very nice. The upstairs room had a terrace with a wonderful view of the bay.

When we checked in we asked for a second key card since there were two of us. They said that was not possible. Shortly after that the one key card stopped working. Reluctantly, they gave us a mechanical key and said that it might be fixed the next day.

Beautiful location, helpful staff, the kitchen is simple but ok.

The hygiene and plumbing are very poor. In our standard room the shower did not work, we got a free update to a room with newly installed plumbing. Too cheap sanitary equipment has been used so you can already see that it won't last long there either.

The owner greeted us with a glass of prosecco and brought us to our room. The room was completed renovated with a modern bathroom that had a large walk in shower. The air condtioning worked perfectly and the deck outside our bedroom was added bonus. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

Beautiful facility right on the beach with a restaurant and bar.. Room was very nice.

There was no one at reception desk when we arrived at 1 pm. No one knew where they were and we waited with luggage and parking until someone else from Restuarant let us in.

The view from the beach bar terrace was beautiful, our stay was very early in the season so the beach was practically deserted. The host was very friendly and generous. the bedroom (an economy room, so fairly basic and no private terrace) was clean, spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. a good sized bathroom with good shower pressure.

unfortunately there was a very noisy family in the room with an adjoining door but that is not the fault of the hotel.
