Without a word, we were upgrade (for free) to the larger suite with a separate bedroom. It was very roomy. The large bathroom was great. The mattress was firm but ok. I asked for additional pillows and they supplied them immediately. The pillows are all pretty flat though and not very comfortable for me (but I have neck issues & bought a comfy pillows whilst we were there). There was a comfy sitting room area with a couple of chairs and a lamp, which was nice. The bar fridge was useless (it’s situated inside a cupboard & I doubt it was less than 8C. Maintenance was sent up, but said it was working fine! There was no temperature dial inside to adjust, which I’ve never come across before). Buffett breakfast was included, which was good, but go early as it wasn’t always refilled, so I had to just grab whatever was available rather than what I actually wanted. All the staff were great. The location was great. Right opposite the train station (rooms are soundproof, so not a problem). The nearby Mary’s Pub did great meals (& they’re lovely people too) but make sure you book as it’s a busy place.

This hotel had a very good location — close to both the airport and the train station. It’s a great choice for travelers who want to visit other cities during their stay in Italy. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it offers a variety of rooms. Two of the rooms we were offered had windows facing the hotel’s inner patio, which felt a bit gloomy and uninviting. However, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Without any hesitation or resistance, they respected our request and changed our room. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were very warm and friendly, which made the mornings even more pleasant.

I've stayed at the Grand Hotel Lamezia on numerous occasions. For the price and proximity to Lamezia Terme Airport, it can't be beat. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

Personally, I don't like music piped into the hallways, music videos at breakfast and large TV screens projecting at dinner. I would prefer silence or discreet background music at the maximum.

Accessible transport, room was very spacious, staff very accommodating and friendly, the room I stayed in had the perfect view, the food from their restaurant was so tasty😋and the bonus is that you can choose to dine in or take the food to your room, I loved everything about this hotel, will 💯 stay again if I have the chance of visiting again, which is most likely because I love to see visit this part of the region😍😍I would like to say thanks to the hotel staff for making my stay a comfortable one😘

Their was a kettle in the room that I was having trouble plugging it in the socket (maybe it was just me not able to understand how its done😂) so was a bit disappointed I could not make a coffee when I got up in the morning, please just maybe leave the kettle plugged in the socket, or a little manual for dummies like me🤣

This was a last minute booking due to a change of plan because of bad weather at sea, meaning we had to drive Naples to Palermo instead of taking the ferry, so we were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. We didn't expect all that much of an airport hotel, let alone of the location, but we were pleasantly surprised on both counts. The hotel is modern and super-clean. Rooms are huge, beds comfortable and water pressure in the shower excellent. And far from being surrounded by car parks and industrial units only, there were a few really decent places to eat nearby. We went to Mary's Pub, and had an absolutely outstanding dinner, for a very reasonable cost. It was just five minutes' walk away.

Excellent location across the street from the train station. The facilities are basic, but it's a reliable hotel with a very nice staff and has suited my needs on several occasions. The hotel also has a baggage hold.

I didn't care for the music piped into the hallways. It's unnecessary and you can hear it in the rooms, as well.

Big spacious room in this thoroughly modernised hotel minutes from the airport and bang on top of the railway station ! Super convenient

Decor’s a bit Barbie meets Star Wars but you get used to the lime green flooring and the bright, bright corridors .actually grows on ya !! Ended up rather liking it !

Everything was very good. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good secure parking. Spacious rooms. Opposite railway station. As we were leaving at 3am a small breakfast package was made available. Good airport connections by use of a regular bus service. Very close to motorway turn on/off.

It was very odd that the restaurant was closed that night. We had to go out to find a restaurant which were also closed. Fortunately a local supermarket was open so we managed to find suitable food.

The room I had was renovated and very comfy! Big room and bathroom Appreciated the fridge and the kettle.

Restaurant:Breakfast was sub standard,scrambled eggs and sausages cold, only canned fruit. Dinner was horrible... Would have rated the hotel as excellent if not for the restaurant and the expensive Hotel parking.

The reception is open 24H. Our flight was delayed and we landed at the Lamezia Terme Airport only at midnight. We were little worried but taxis were still available at the exit of the airport, and we made to our hotel room at 12.30am. The room was super spacious and air-conditioned. The breakfast had lots of choices and served by a very kind lady.
