I stayed in a room with a lot of comforts, such as air conditioning, free wi-fi, a large double-bed, a mini fridge (with a free fresh bottle of water inside!), plugs near both sides of the bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A remarkable feature was the breakfast: served in a cozy room, self-service (so, you can have it whenever you want), a table very nicely set and a lots of options (tea, coffee, milk, cereals, biscuits, cakes, juices, etc.). Plus, the position was perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, where you can find buses headed to the airport. And moreover, it is worth mentioning the price: just 44€ euros!

The location is really close to the Lamezia Terme Central Train Station, around 10min walk. The host is welcoming, helpful, but also respectful and have boundaries. The Room is very clean and spacious enough.

The rooms aren't that sound proofing, so if you have a loud neighbour, you can hear some noise. As the room windows are opened before check-in, there are mosquitos in the summer, and quite vicious as well, so make sure that you bring mosquito repellent otherwise you would be quite miserable.

The room is very comfortable with a small fridge and aircon. There is ample space for luggage and the bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and ample. Communication was smooth and punctual. Location is perfect, between the airport and train, with a selection of restaurants nearby. We didn't require parking but there would be street parking in front of the accommodation.

Everything was lovely and the guesthouse is so close to the airport. We had a late flight into Lamezia which meant arriving in at 1:00am and the host waited up to let us in at that time. Everything was so clean and comfy. Breakfast was also supplied with a good selection to help yourself. Will definitely return.

Very nice and clean. I only spend the night to take a flight the next morning it has good location, very close from the shuttle bus stop. I arrived late and the lady was very helpful and kind :) The garden was looking good, too bad I couldn't enjoy it!

Arrived earlier than planned. The hostess settled without problems, ahead of schedule. Comfortable hotel. Varied breakfast of your choice. Walking distance to public transport.

One night there were mosquitoes even though there were mosquito nets on the windows. So take mosquito repellent. This is not such a big problem.

The Host was very welcoming, location secure and quiet, beautiful garden and nice breakfast.

Since there is a decent garden, there were many mosquitos to deal with. Other than that everything was just right!

Concetta the owner waited for us till midnight as we had a flight delay. Breakfast was very good. Room very clean, spacious and well organised. Furthermore, at our checkout she took us to the airport with her car.

All my dietary needs were catered for comprehensively. There was a pleasant range of products available. The breakfast room was serene!

There was quite literally nothing to dislike.
