Wonderful service, location and atmosphere. Bedrooms were super comfortable and cleaned/turned down twice a day, lovely staff in all areas!

There’s not a great deal nearby but it youre happy to get the shuttle bus into town, it worked perfectly for us. It was a bit of shame the recommended taxi back for a 5-10 minute journey was 20-25 euros but was worth it for the wonderful restaurants in the town. Don’t attempt to walk back late. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was very basic but good quality. The pools were stunning and we managed to find a quiet spot which was just ours next to a pool just for us. We had a wonderful time and would go back again

Located in the most beautiful location with stunning views. Fabulous beach and pool complex. Most of all, we were highly impressed the hospitality of ALL the staff. In addition, we had half board and the food quality at dinner was excellent. The hotel is super clean and they are always mopping and cleaning the public areas. Our rooms were always immaculate and towels were frequently replaced without asking as was bed-linen. We would recommend a balcony with sea-view which we had and it was gorgeous

The wi-fi was weak at the limits of the property. There was no water cooler or anti-bac sprays in the gym and perhaps an extra machine or two would have been beneficial. Also no air-con in the gym which was uncomfortable. Not desperately important but it would have been good to have some tea/coffee making facilities in the room or around the hotel. The air-con was quite weak in our two rooms and we were there at the beginning of June.

Outstanding location - beautiful pools; lovely sandy beach with amazingly shallow, clear blue water. View of the sunset from the room balcony was breathtaking !!

Shuttle service to town should stop later than 7.00pm (maybe 9.00/9.30) No complimentary tea/coffe in room.

Friendly staff, beautiful views, nice swimming pool, excellent beach access including free sun loungers. Very clean, well maintained room with excellent cleaning and house keeping service.

Location, though beautiful, is a real problem unless you have rented a car. The website says there’s a free hotel shuttle to and from the nearest town, Santa Teresa Gallura, but it doesn’t note that it the last trip is at 7pm. This means getting an extremely expensive taxi home at night time, for which we were charged between €20 and €35 for just a 5-minute journey. The taxis are not metered. WiFi was variable, especially in the afternoon. Air conditioning in our room was not strong enough even at the highest setting. This made for stuffy nights and it was harder to sleep.

The staff are excellent and the breakfast varied and tasty. The surroundings are beautiful as you would expect. It is a short drive into Santa Teresa Gallura where there are many restaurants and shops.

The pools, whilst beautiful, are more posing pools than swimming pools - mostly not more than 1m deep and nowhere really deep. The hotel is a little outdated now and could use a little TLC. Our toilet seat was broken and slipped sideways badly everytime you sat down.

-wifi did not working properly in the rooms -it would be more comfortable if the transfer service to Santa Teresa Gallura would work after 7 pm as well to have a dinner with a glass of wine in the town without taking a taxi or own car.

Location and hotel generally were excellent. The bed was very very hard and pillows thin and poor quality. This was a real shame as room and hotel were lovely. There was also no tea or coffee making facilities which also let the hotel down. Should reconsider this. The only other point of note was the breakfast was not as good as many other 4-5 star hotels we’ve stayed in. A little cheap with limited hot choices.

This hotel has a real Italian flair (half board dinner: Appetizers, first course, second course and dessert; 2-4 options). Thanks again to all the hotel staff and kitchen (the food is excellent!!!). The lifeguards very helpful and vigilant. The hotel beach with its umbrellas and chairs gives you the relaxation, especially with enough space between the umbrellas and the alertness of the lifeguards regarding the beach vendors.

The only minor point was the coordination of cleaning the room with the new staff. We initially did not have a card indicating that we did not want to be disturbed. Little tip: the reservation desk has extra cards.

The schedule for dinner. Some of the employees but this happens already almost everywhere. Very poor english, even some of reception desk staff. One of the waiters team leader was pretty annoying/offensive and had a despising attitude towards us. We avoided him as much as possible, a very loud and noisy person... bathrooms with '1990's airx everything looks pretty old, not vintage. :)
