Perfect location and easy access to beautiful beaches and blue coves . Spoilt for choice . Accomodation is as it clearly states . No wifi or aircon. We had a fan which worked perfectly well . Little fridge which worked well and a bonus. Beautiful clean pool , well maintained pool surrounds. Breakfast was ample and free ( no savoury options ), yet plenty of choice and excellent coffee. Set evening 3 course menu for extra €20 . Friendly helpful staff. Old world charm . Good value for money if you are not after high end resort style accommodation . Parking is outside the unit which is another bonus . Rooms were cleaned daily . Bar and coffee facilities available throughout the day at extra charge .

Some obvious neglect , as stated in many reveiws, yet should this all be upgraded, then so too the price would change. A shower curtain would have been handy , and definitely a blind or cover over ground floor bathroom windows is a basic necessity. I used a towel to create privacy. Door to unit was difficult to open and close, ours frequently stuck . We were however aware of the maintenance issues after reading reveiws . Grounds were neglected, yet pathways offered soft nature and easy access to really beautiful swimming beaches in a sought after area of Capo Testa

This hotel complex is an experience of its own, away from the usual nowadays all superclean and all identical looking hotel rooms, no, here you are in the middle of the nature in your own apartment, wild boar greeting me in the night right in front of my room, rooms are simple without AC, but that is OK in September, the dinner was fantastic, the whole staff as well, and it is on a little peninsula nice to explore by bike, I highly recommend this hotel, a great stay for me!

only minor things not worth mentioning

Free parking at the location. Individual units a bit like a holiday camp. Clean and basic but comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Nothing was a bother. So close to the beach. Really pleasant stay to investigate the area. Restaurant served good food, basic but cost effective.

No air conditioning but fan was available. Not too important but nothing else to note. Accommodation was basic (but value for money)

Spacious terrace; concept of star-shaped appartments (no noise from neighbours, privacy); swimming pool. Great coffee (considering it’s from machine) & breakfast. Nice & helpful staff.

Beds could be bigger. Location is hour walk from St Teresa Gallura (for taxi locals charge 25 eur, quite a lot for 3-4 km drive).

Super cute small "village" on the tip of Sardinia. Full of charm and delicious breakfast with the most spectacular view on the water and coastline. We loved it and can really recommend. We really could not understand the negative comments we read previously.

Bathroom is getting old, but everything works well and some replacement have been made.

The place was close to many extremely pleasant coves in which to dive in and swim around with clear water. The pool and especially the staff there were absolutely lovely to be around, with everyone being welcoming and helpful. And the dinner that they serve at night was exceptional.

Some days were better than others, but the fact is that the rooms were not designed to keep cold in efficiently. Going without a fan is a bad idea as there is no aircon or fans provided.

I truly enjoyed my stay here the place is wonderful in every way! The service was outstanding, the room was fantastic. Everything was excellent,

We absolutely love the location and staff. Staff is really friendly and helpful. A lot of parking space. From the hotel you can visit all the beaches on foot. All together is best value for money.

It doesn't have wifi. It doesn't have AC, but in the evenings it wasn't a problem, because it was cool enough in our room. The room was clean but the furnirure was old. Beds are not so comfy.

Position was perfect at the start of capo testa near alot of beaches, hotel was cheap not perfect but just what we wanted for a bed for the night

Old bathroom, the windows, everything so old. No ventilation in the room. Noise from the other vacationers!
