Marco at the front desk was the best!! He was very kind and helpful. There is a wine bar next to the front desk that we visited. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. We were just there for a night, so we didn't use the pool since we didn't have time. There were people in it when we checked-in though. The breakfast was decent and there was a coffee machine. Bathroom had plenty of towels and some soaps, etc. Room also had a mini fridge and armor to store your luggage in which was nice. Close to town but not much around the actual hotel.

Make reservations in the town to eat since we were turned away from dinner at this awesome beach restaurant. It was a very local vibe!

During our stage (4 days) any cleaning done in our small village. We have been asked to leave the small village at the end of our stage without any domestic/recycling trash and all dish cleanned. Sorry to say, but we have never seen this. It was the first time we have been asked for it. At the end we felt being doing hotel team tasks which we have already paid (cleaning tasks).

As for the location, it was truly beautiful, offering stunning surroundings. However, it is a bit of a drive to some popular spots, which I found to be common for Sardegna. The resort is about 15 minutes from Porto Pozzo and Santa Teresa, both of which have some great restaurant options nearby. The breakfast at La Smeraldina Resort was overall quite good. While there wasn't a huge variety of options, the quality of what was offered was satisfying, with a nice selection of essentials.

The cleanliness throughout the resort was generally good, though a bit more attention to detail in the rooms, particularly the bathrooms and floors, would enhance the experience. It would be a great idea to include a kettle in the rooms, especially since coffee and tea were not always available at the bar.

Everything! We were lucky to choose LA Smeraldina because before we were not so lucky with an other accommodation. There is not a lot to say about our booking, only that it was too short ;) Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially with our daughter. We were traveling with our 1 year old toddler and everything was super easy. They were helping with planning tours, restaurant recommendations, I was able to borrow a hair dryer for free. The apartment was super clean, simple & nice furniture. kitchen was well equipment. The pool was huge, got cleaned every evening. Only thing what was missing, sun protection around the pool area (umbrella) The Resort is also well located, you can reach a lot of spots in between 20 minutes. We will come back, thank you for everything🙏!

I would criticize two things - the wifi range (it's only in the main building and by the pool), the living room was large, but despite that, apart from the kitchen, dining table and sofa bed, there was nothing in it where you could put things if you didn't want them on the dining table - there was simply no chest of drawers for those who sleep on the sofa bed.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, and the apartment was very comfortable. They also gave nice restaurant and beach recommendations at reception.

All beaches are only reachable by car and parking at the beaches is sometimes a problem. We found the pool opening times until 19h30 is a bit restricted especially on hot summer days when the sun sets around 9pm.

Different treatment at the guests in appartment (i.e. change of towels after 10 days, no cleanup of the room, no toillet paper), you have to take-out the garbage by yourself, no umbrellas at the pool, very early check-out hour, no possibility to let the luggage at the reception if the room is not ready for check-in, breakfast available but very limitted choice

I liked most of it - quite place, very comfortable room, nice pool, perfect view form the balcony (to the pool). Breakfast was decent compared to other places I stayed. Staff was very friendly, advised places to visit, where to eat, etc. A/C was perfect, not loud.

Soundproof in my room was very disappointing. Room keepers started their work at about 7 am so basically it was all heard in the room loud and clear and almost no sleep beyond that time :( Also, bed mattress was quite hard but I'm used to that so managed to sleep quite well.

Lovely pool and spacious apartment with good facilities. Big master bedroom and bathroom

Not much to do on the resort, only the pool. We were not allow play with a ball in the pool even though we were the only ones at it, also not allow to take a drink to the poolside. The restaurant was closed but we were only notified 3 weeks before even though we booked in Jan, that was a bit disappointing as we had to drive to get dinner each evening, prices had gone up everywhere at that stage so couldn't move to different hotel

Very nice place to stay for several days. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The room was spacious a the kitchen quite adequate. The pool was fantastic.

It would have been nice to have a microwave/grill.
