The B&B is located within a private gated estate—very secluded and peaceful. Svetlana, our host, lives on the property and is incredibly friendly and welcoming. She prepares breakfast and serves it on the terrace at a predetermined time. The breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view. Parking is available right at the door. The property is clean and tidy, both inside and out. The air conditioning works perfectly—not too cold, even when left on continuously. The B&B can be a little tricky to find the first time; additional directional arrows would be a helpful improvement. It's about 5 km to the nearest restaurants and shops, so having your own transport is essential.

Wasps were a nuisance during breakfast and whenever food was present. Shower gel was provided only in small sachets.

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional coffee provided – easily some of the best I've ever had. Sipping that coffee while enjoying the breathtaking sunrise view every morning was truly a highlight. The breakfast spread was not only generous but also exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more, setting us up for wonderful days ahead. The tranquility of the location was another major plus. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to fully unwind. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which added to our overall comfort. Furthermore, the property's proximity to the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, just a short drive away, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. All in all, this place surpassed our expectations in every way. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. My experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia. Our host was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and plentiful (with fresh bread, pastries, cheeses, and fruits) and the view from the patio was stunning. We highly recommend for any couple to stay here and have a wonderful relaxing experience.

Best view ever. Super breakfast. Close to nature, no neighbours, total silence and best place to rest, attractions are 10 min by car.
