Staff at reception are perfect! Very friendly! Rooms are clean, big. There is only one restaurant except bistro bar. The waitress in the restaurant was very rude. We came at 9:40 for breakfast, only after 17 minutes she managed to come to our table to take orders. After 20 minutes I reminded her that she didnt bring our drinks. She told that our restaurant is closed and we dont accept orders, in a rude way. After explaining that its her fault, she brought it. Beach 3/10 Restaurants 3/10 Rooms 9/10 Reception 10/10

Food, facilities, road to hotel

The whole hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The room was very spacious and the bathroom was great, everything was incredibly clean. The staff were very helpful with any requests, arranged taxis for us, a guided tour around Cagliari etc. We ate in the restaurants throughout our stay at the food was wonderful, especially the breakfasts and evening meals. The waiting staff in the restaurants were especially attentive and were able to make adjustments for my dietary needs easily. The beach is on the smaller side but a gorgeous place to paddle in the clear water and enjoy the sun. Thank you to everyone for such a lovely stay :)

The property was stunning. Very well maintained with lovely outdoor amenities including a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom and terrace The breakfast was fabulous as were the staff at breakfast. Reception staff - in particular one gentleman was exceptional - very very helpful

These are not criticisms but rather suggestions for the owners- While one can order drinks and snacks from the bistro throughout the day- actual drink service to both pool areas would be fabulous- particularly down by the beach pool I would also suggest the addition of a gym and spa if possible

Fantastic setting with the infinity pool leading on to private beach. Dinner and service was great (one of the best Sea Bass we have ever had). I would emphasise just how quiet the hotel is. No noisy roads, boats or planes/flightpaths. A very relaxing and comfortable hotel with good access to other beaches in the area, as well as Cagliari.

There was very little to dislike about this hotel. It's useful having a car if travel beyond the hotel is part of the plan, but it's such a good environment, you possibly don't need to go anywhere.

Where to begin?! We were absolutely facinated by the Hotel Costa Dei Fiori. The hotel and it’s environment is so beautiful and everything so clean and stylish. We were so happy with the room we were provided, which was so big, with big bathroom and a nice shower, high ceiling and nice balcony overlooking the spectacular poolside of the hotel garden. The surroundngs at the hotel are absolutely stunning. Three beautiful pools, one of which is very close to the sea and has a spectacular view over the beach, and the other two placed in the hotel garden. Such a peaceful atmosphere in the garden which is covered with big palm trees and beautiful flowers. The food was also exceptional both at the hotel bistro bar as well as at the hotel’s restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served. The food is of high quality and every dish so fresh and well served. We had the best tiramisu ever by the way! We also had such good recommendations regarding sightseeing and interesting places to visit by the staff and the hotel owner. It is safe to say that their service was of highest standards and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay at Hotel Costa Dei Fiori. We highly recommend this outstanding hotel and will definitely come back soon ❤️

The Hotel has two swimming pools with sun loungers for guests. There is a small beach by the hotel. There are also tennis courts available. The Room was clean and had air conditioning. The hotel staff speaks many languages.

When ordering in a restaurant or bar, you give your room number. the payment is when you leave the hotel. Other guests gave different numbers, the staff did not check it. You have to check your bill, we got charged dishes and drinks which we didn't order. I think this is the wrong billing method.

This is our second visit now, we love the peace and quiet and the pool/beach area. The staff are really nice and the superior rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and plenty of space.

The hotel seems incapable of serving hot food, at breakfast the eggs (either poached or scrambled) are always cold and at dinner every dish we’ve tried came out cold. It may seem a small problem but it does spoil the overall experience. I can only think they don’t have a hotplate in the kitchen and they never serve on warm plates. We ended up eating in Pula where the food is amazing and hot! Try Solaris restaurant by the church in Pula.

It was beautiful, peaceful, clean and well kept. The staff were all amazing and attentive. We were half board and the standard of food was amazing. The pools one by the sea and one by the hotel were well kept and it was nice to have a change of scenery. The pool bar served lovely lunches and was open until 11pm for drinks throughout the day. Our room was beautiful (suite with terrace), the bed was so comfy, with a large terrace to sit outside.

A little remote so a car would be a good idea.

Lovely peaceful setting, easy access to a small beach. Park around the hotel very well kept. The staff are amazing and very helpful and responsive to any questions. Breakfasts good.

There is a very rough dirt track of about a mile to the hotel from the busy main road and no apparent way of walking to anywhere. Definitely need to drive when venturing out of the hotel. We tried the snacks on offer for lunch but found them not very good and overpriced so eating away from the hotel was preferable.
