There was a mix up with our booking and the local people contacted the hosts, who very happily opened up their rooms for us. They couldn’t have been any kinder and more helpful. We tried to communicate that breakfast wasn’t required, as they weren’t expecting us, but a beautiful breakfast was ready for us before departure. Beautiful people, lovely room with a gorgeous view. All worked out perfectly in the end and we couldn’t have been happier.

We had a wonderful stay with Gerardo and Linda. They were extremely warm and welcoming. We were very comfortable in our room and the view from the room and beautiful terrace was amazing. They served a very nice breakfast with homemade cakes plus fresh fruits among other things. They made you feel like family. We would definitely return again. We found a great restaurant nearby called La Cantina Della Canonica. We had a great time in this beautiful part of Italy.

Linda and her husband were outstanding hosts and went above an beyond to address our needs and comfort. Breakfast was beyond expectations with home baked cakes daily. Breakfast was served with attention to detail; the last day it was in the shaded terrace attractively adorned with fresh fragrant flowers. The villa was decorated in an inviting classic style; we were greeted upon arrival by Linda and her gracious husband. The villa was transformed magically with lights in the garden at night and relaxing music. Linda generously shared her recipes too!! We would definitely return!!

Wish we spoke Italian; since the hosts were readily available to address our needs and comfort. They graciously switched our room when there was a problem with the a/c.

Geraldo and Linda were exceptionally hospitable. Linda’s cheeks for fresh and delicious. Breakfast was fantastic

I am only sorry that we did not stay for one of linda’s home cooked dinners.

If you want to feel like a Countess or an Earl this house will take you to another era:-) amazing style :-)
