We had a generally positive stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Communication with the hotel was smooth and prompt — everything was well organized, including bringing our dog along; we received all the necessary information ahead of time. There was an unfortunate incident: we parked in the free lot outside the hotel, and someone broke a window in our car and stole a bag. Fortunately, we were able to recover the bag, and the hotel was very helpful in coordinating its return/shipping to us. As a tip, if you’re driving a car with non-Italian plates, it may be worth paying for parking on the hotel’s premises rather than using the free outside lot for added peace of mind.

The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

The breakfast was great and the reception was always very kind to us. We had to leave at 5AM and they offered us a breakfast box and coffee.

The elevator seems kind of old and dirty.

The staff was very friendly at welcoming us. We could park the car on the street in a dedicated spot and did not have to use the underground garage. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfy, not too big. Bathroom was very updated with great shower and cool ilumination.

Hotel is adjecent to a very busy street, Elevator is very tiny. Coridor is outdated, but that is planned to be redecorated, like the reception, which is brand new.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The private parking was excellent. For breakfast, there was a variety of choices. It was quiet except for when someone was in the garden. Loved the shower with the changing coloured lights. The staff were friendly. The room seemed clean.

The coffee/ cappuccino comes out of a machine, I hate those machines and the taste of the cappuccino.... It's a disgrace to serve Italian coffee like that. It would have been nicer if you could get a traditional made coffee / cappuccino like you used to get.

Where nice breakfast wss nice no parking issue. We went to Lake Come after next day so it was middle of airport and Lake como. Without going to Milano center.

The place was nice, the facilities were very okay just that when you enter you get the sense of an oldish hotel. Nice breakfast just that it was the same all the days we stayed there a little change could be good.

Bedding could have been more comfortable. Pillows not very comfortable at all

I really liked it: friendly and attentive staff, a double room with everything you need, comfortable beds, a refrigerator, soundproofing, pets are allowed; Breakfast was also included, quite tasty. We will definitely return the next time)))

Great location for a stop travelling to southern Italy. Stayed here many times. Great pizzeria nearby and breakfast in hotel is as good as you can find.
