Location is good for walking into centre of city - 30 minute walk to Duomo. Also Good connections by city trams. Lovely pizzeria right next door. Also restaurants and bars along Naviglio canal. We especially enjoyed Bar/cafe Navaglio 48. (15 minutes walk) We ate out all of the time just because we wanted to and not because the hotel was lacking. They have a very clean and welcoming restaurant.

There was no toothpaste in the room and I couldn't find somewhere to buy it close by. Most hotels I've visited provide toothpaste so I didn't carry mine thinking I will find it there. (Airports have a limit on liquids, if not would have brought mine). This was frustrating as I had to brush only with water. A small toothpaste put in each room will be great. Apart from that I loved the hotel! The location too is really great as everywhere I wanted to visit seemed very accessible in little time!

The staff were helpful and friendly, I thought I had booked a room, but it was a whole apartment that was very comfortable and spacious. Very good value for money and very close to the metro so very easy ti get to.

There was some staining on the couch cushions. Breakfast could have been fresher, and whilst the location is on the doorstep of the metro, it isn't as centrally located as other hotels and the metro stop itself is not very user friendly for those with access issues.

The hotel is very good, placed in a nice location with lots of shops and restaurants.There is also a pizzeria just 1 metre from the hotel which will welcome you until late. The room was quite and clean, the bed was comfortable, quite hard mattrass but wonderful.

The hairdryer did not work very well, I was in a hurry otherwise I would have called the reception and they would have changed it without problems.

The location is good, it’s close to subway station and tram stop. The room was large, there was even an espresso machine in the room. Receptionists are so kind and helpful. Also they’ve help about keeping my luggage after check out.

There weren't slippers and cold drinks in the room, I think it's forgotten and if I asked they could help about it but I stayed just one night so it wasn't a really problem to me.

We requested an early check in which was provided without any extra charges. The room was clean and quite spacious with a hot water kettle and a coffee maker. Mini bar was complementary and stocked regularly. Breakfast had a varied spread and left nothing to be desired. The staff was very pleasant and quite helpful to get printouts, recommending restaurant and transport options, arranging taxi etc. I particularly liked that all the staff members spoke excellent English and didnt treat us non-Italian speakers any differently, which is a big problem with a lot of other places in Italy. The location of the hotel, while not in the heart of the city, is till close by to a lot of touristy places.

The on-premises bar doesn't have many food options and there aren't many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The wifi is not that great.

The bed was really comfy - I slept well - and the refrigerator for storing cold drinks (own purchase) was much appreciated! - Very quiet and easy to sleep, despite being near a busy area - Very friendly staff who always said 'hello' and were happy to help with printing theatre tickets and storing luggage - Good range of items at breakfast and made-to-order expresso/cappuccino etc - Excellent location - tram stop just 1 min away and Metro just 5 mins - Lots of bars, cafes and mini supermarkets in the surrounding streets

- Some of the hot items at breakfast were overcooked, especially the fried eggs - Only Italian TV channels were available, some English language news channels would have been appreciated

The hotel staff was fantastic: they handled issues with my booking quite well and were very accommodative. In my view, the staff was the strongest side of the hotel. The location of the hotel is kind of ok: it is relatively easy to get from it or to it from the city center, and you can use public transport - subway station is really close. However, the neighborhood looks a little bit depressing, with a lot of graffiti and no good eating places nearby.

The rooms are quite small, smaller than a typical hotel room in Milan, but you see that in the description, so it was not a surprise. Also, our room was directly in front of the elevator, and there was some noise at night, but not terrible.

It’s a good location and comfortable rooms for a short stay. There is a quality ensuite and good space around the room. Note the room configuration for 402 was better than 302.

I would have liked to have been able to get fresh milk for a cup of tea but this was not possible (6pm Sunday)
