Located in the mountains, it makes a perfect car ride as you enjoy the amazing sceneries until you get to the place. The staff was very understandable, and despite we arrived at midnight, they agreed to leave the key in a safe place for us, including all the necessary information on how to find it and making us very welcomed etc. Our room was very spacious with the window opening towards the wild forest. The morning breakfast was Italian style (sweet or savory selection). We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

The place itself with the outside area has potential to get even better, but this is not something to put you off. :) One time, I arrived fairly late and unfortunately, I took a completely cold shower, as the hot water is turned off during the night. :(

The location is astounding, deep within the small Dolomites, clean room, superb food, and a breakfast with homemade breads and conserves. The location is a little out the way from public transport, so you may need the use of a car. Schio is only 15-20 minutes down the road and you can park the car free at the back of the train station. From there Vicenza is half hour away, Verona is 45 minutes and Venezia a full hour by train.

The breakfast we got was great. Wide variety of dishes. When we had to leave the accomodation early in the morning, we were given it in a bag ready for take out. The location is fabulous. Beautiful muontain landscapes. The surrounding is calm and peaceful, and free from annoying noise of a town.

If we had to come to the centre of Schio quickly, we could have a problem. The road is in good condition but driving there can be challenging for unexperienced motorist. And obviously it takes longer than using an ordinary road of the same distance.

The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and cozy! We were greeted with a friendly smile and given a tour. Breakfast was excellent. During our stay (in July), there was no AC or fan, and the windows barely opened. So the room was on the warmer side.

Very nice location, beautiful view, good vibes, good restaurant (only in the weekends), great hosts, nice rooms, good value for money.

Quiet room, spacious, good reception, nice breakfast. Good for an extended hiking stay.
