Perfect communication with the reception by What's App. We could agree some details even when reception was closed. Highly appreciated. Rooms are extraordinary. Something unbelievable. There is even an elevator there.

Breakfast were delicious, however I missed more vegetables, but this is Italy, so breakfast are a bit more sweet than we used to it.

Great beds quality and size too. Good soundproof. The location is good.

Breakfast consisted of 80% sweets and this is the biggest flaw. You have to speed up the elevator, it is taking too long to get on the 2nd floor. The sauna in the room is a great idea but it takes 1 hour until it reaches 30 °C.

Good for relaxing. The room and all the amenities are great. Shower is excellent. Bed is comfortable and the mirror on the ceiling adds a bit of spiciness. Location is also great near places to shop and eat. Free parking.

Elevator is a bit slow but I guess it supposed to be like that to enjoy the scenic view as it is a glass elevator.

property was truly comfortable and perfectly suited. design, cleanliness, smell of wood, warmness. wow. well done to you guys.that was one of the best stays I've ever experienced. breakfast was ok, and having in mind Italians don't eat breakfast usually, it was better than usual :) great stay!

minor thing I asked to refill rituals under the shower and nothing happened during whole week. maybe i should remind until done. italian mañana?

Everything was beautiful. A real luxury getaway. Lovely friendly helpful girl on reception, sorry we didn't get her name. Bike store a good addition also.

Fluffy robes would have been nice? More fresh fruit for breakfast would be good. Minor points on a really lovely experience overall.

Breakfast was superb, especially croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice..., location of the apartment in the main street of Folgaria, bed that were really comfortable and the fact that you can bring your dog with you:)

John Luxury Suites was perfect for our group of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. The location as perfect - so easy to get to shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the ski bus. Mila and the team were so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back.

Well appointed room. Alessandra, at the reception, was very professional and helpful with suggestions on things to do and see. Nice breakfast and Illy coffee.

Hotel was great and staff also.
