Nice room with a balcony. I liked the table and chairs on the balcony, it is nice to use them at the end of the day to relax and look at the view. The room has plenty of storage space. The bathroom is big enough and the shower worked really well. Breakfast was nice, with a choice of sweet and savory food. Loved the spa with hot tub and sauna that you can use daily.

As per description of the room I was expecting to have a fridge which wasn't there. It's a minor thing but it would have been handy to have it.

breakfast room was adequate 5 tables there was cereal,toast,coffee and tea,fruit, some cooked items and cake The location was a 10minute drive to costa ski slope and 10minute walk into town centre that there is a lift to the floors that there was a jacuzzi, sauna and relaxation room downstairs

could not make waffles as machine was broken for breakfast; parking was a tight squeeze along a narrow driveway the bunk bed a little uncomfortable sat nav sending me to the wrong place

Everything about the hotel was lovely. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the spa/wellness area was fabulous after a full day of skiing.

The parking was a little tight, but that is only because we have a large van (Honda Odyssey) with a car top carrier, and all the outside parking spots were taken. If we didn't have a car top carrier, the garage parking would have been fine, but thankfully another guest very thoughtfully moved their car so we could park outside.

nice place, clean, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. you can really feel that it is family run, we felt like home. the spa is also clean and cozy.

if we really need to find something, it would be that we could hear a bit our neighbors. but overall the stay was very pleasant, the Neighbour were not noisy and we would definitely come again if in Folgaria

Staff is very kind. The restaurant inside the resort serves very tasty dishes. Position is the downside of this place, being the road to get there ( at least the last 2 km) very narrow and unpaved

Clean and newly refurbished property, rooms comfortable and compact, including a hob and sink that would be useful in the summer, less so in the autumn and winter. Short walk to the historic centre. Excellent breakfast,

The kitchenette could be concealed with a sliding panel, but this covered the wardrobe when open, we found ourselves moving the panel from side to side continuously - the hob and sink were superfluous as there was nowhere to eat, except the balcony, which would only be practical in the summer.

Absolutely excellent value for money; exceeded our expectations. Breakfast provided was plentiful and a good variety of choice. Lovely host and the apartment was roomy and clean.

Family run buisness with lots of charm. The house is renovated and nicely decorated and located in the heart of charming village of Folgaria. Highly recommended!

The street to the hotel from the main road in very narrow. Drive slow. :)

We were late for check in as our flight was delayed, but the host was kind enough to wait for us. The location is enchanting, and the room is spacious, clean, with a kitchen, a dishwasher and a stove. Very recommended!

There was nothing not to like. But for those who don't know, you should be aware that the hotel is located in Folgaria, a small village with a 15 km of winding road uphill.
