I have stayed here before. The staff are lovely and welcoming and give very good customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is located not far from the town’s train station and about 5 minutes’ walk into town. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and has character and charm. There is a good offering for breakfast.

The hotel, like any other, has a need for refurbishment and some small improvements in regard to decor. This is due to the age of the property, and therefore normal. I would hope that this would be done with sympathy to the original building.

We stayed here two nonconsecutive nights on the way to and from the Dolomites. It was a great location, just a few hundred meters from the train station, and close to the rental car agency we used. There were great restaurants nearby. Parking for the rental car and luggage storage so we could take a later train to Florence and Rome. The air conditioning worked well and the refrigerator in the room was an added bonus.

Everything was great!

The location was a short walk from Trento train station, allowing us to deposit our luggage and head out to explore the city. The gorgeous Castello del Buonconsiglio is a stroll down the side street and the town centre is also within easy walking distance. In summer, do remember to ask the front desk for the Trentino Guest card that gives you free/discounted entrance fees as well as public transportation.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but now I had an even more pleasant surprise. The room was recently renovated, to a very modern and chic standard, extremely spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station, bus station and the center and the stay was a pleasure.

Breakfast was a little heavy on pastry, but that is Italy, some other things were available, so considering price 11 Euro, fine.

They had a very nice bathroom, But the shower room had nothing to hold on to, it was all tile and from the shower area out to the outside area there was a 5 feet or more path all tiled and nothing to hold on to so big danger of slipping. The work tables could have benefitted from adjustable height chairs.

The location is really great and close to the centre of Trento, all attractions are within 10-15 min walk. There are plenty of parking spaces close to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

Although the bed was big it wasn't really comfortable. It's a nice property, but for a 4 star hotel it would need some updates (better beds, better soundproofing of rooms...). Still not a bad experience.

Everyone we've met from the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome, always very patient with our questions, and would always greet us with a smile. The location was perfect -- you could walk to all the most Trento attractions and good restaurants from there. The room was large and the wifi was fast enough.

The parking was a bit of a hassle. The hotel has a partnership with a public parking garage for which you pay 10 EUR per day. For each time you park in the garage, you have to go back to the hotel (about a 5-minute walk) to get an exit ticket so you can exit next time you need your car. Would have been great if they could just issue a multi-use exit card for the duration of your stay. Also, there are no reserved spots for the hotel so it may well be that even in that garage, you won't find a spot. Regarding the room itself, it was mostly good. Some minor points for improvement: the AC may need a refresh (the quality of the air was not the best). Lastly, I appreciate the hotel being pet-friendly :) but our room needed some pet odour neutraliser.

The Wifi in room 303 was very inconsistent and weak. I had to rely on my own data. That was mildly annoying. The receptionists were very different how welcome they made me feel. I further got controlled as the only person when I got breakfast, also being the only person not dressed like a business man. I recommend the receptionist briefing the catering staff on who payed for breakfast or control every guest every morning. I felt singled out and did not enjoy starting my day this way.

I stayed only for one night but I was utterly happy with this accomodation. The rooms was clean and modern. The staff was professional, speaking English. The location is just a few steps from the railway station and the city centre, there is a store around the corner. The window shaders were so good that I could not notice the daylight in the morning, also perfectly silent - great sleep! The breakfast was good and appropriate to the price. Nice stay, thanks!

The room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. We appreciated the small fridge. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. The location close to the train station was very helpful.
