Communication at reception could have been more detailed at time (eg when asked for recommendations or regarding a specific event or issue of concern). The restaurant al grano lacked decoration/ambiance, the wait for the pizzas was a bit long.

The hotel offered a lovely view and excellent value for money. Ms. Antonina at the reception was very friendly and helpful; she explained and presented the hotel in a professional and detailed manner. Mr. Pierro served excellent coffee at breakfast, and the omelettes were delicious as well.

The breakfast service was a bit disorganized, and it was confusing to find a table. In all the other 5-star hotels I have visited, I was always escorted to my table, so perhaps that could be a solution here. Additionally, the sunbeds by the pool were not very comfortable. The hotel staff could not speak English, apart from reception. We also noticed a charge of 90 euros for a massage we didn’t receive, but they promptly removed it from our bill once we brought it to their attention.

Great location with a lovely environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the buffet and the pizza restaurant, and both were very good. The beaches were quiet and beautiful. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

As this is the 5-star resort in the shared area, it sometimes felt like guests from other hotels and even locals on weekends were using the facilities. This made the beaches and other areas less peaceful at times.

Professional staff and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. From first step into the hotel we were meet by a friendly staff answering all the questions we had. The hotel, the rooms and all the facilities were perfectly clean. The rooms would even be cleaned multiple times a day. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and can be enjoyed from the terrace with a fantastic view.

The prices for the evening buffet is on the higher side.

Amazing beach and pool facilties + several activities for an active vacation.

Parts of the facilties seemed worn down - especially indoor carpets and doors which also made them look less clean than they probably were. It it is a pity because the rest of the hotel left such a good impression.

We have been to Torre del Barone and we are going to come back for sure. The location is great, staff is friendly and well prepared. The boutique restaurant Donna Floriana is simple and elegant, the staff knows how to respect your privacy and at the same time, let you feel at home. The beach was nice, the beach bar has some very friendly and helpful staff that can welcome you for a nice evening sunset happy hour. Pro tip: Alessia at the beach bar serves a very nice grapefruit soft drink and entertains you with a quick and pleasant chat.

Rooms could be a tad tidier, but nothing major.

Location is very nice, very close to the sea, beach is white send , sea was 28C in June. Very nice facility including sun beads and minerals pool

It was a bit hard to find normal food like regular pasta. Restaurants are trying hard to impress but it is not about simple traditional Italian meals. You can go to a small town near by. Breakfast is great though. - Spa is available only for 1h for the whole stay

Spectacular setting. Beautiful views from our patio. Great staff. The sweets left in our bedroom was a very nice gesture.

I have been surprised that there is no tissue or washcloth available at any place we stayed… At that level the beach towels look more like rags… than towels. Dinner was expedited by the staff and not as good as expected. No water fountain available besides the reception.

Well located property for those looking to explore the town of Sciacca and surroundings. Easily reached by car. Food is excellent throughout the hotel . Really well positioned to cater for families.

The train to the beach is a little crowded, so think early or ask reception to take you down in the buggy. The beach is not policed and accessible to all.

Everything was superb. From the wonderful staff to the variety of restaurants and exceptional facilities such as the wellness spa, thermal sulphuric pool, outdoor pool and beach club to the Padel & tennis courts and delicious breakfast buffet spreads. The room was incredibly clean and well laid out. The view of the sea was spectacular and the beds were extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed for a few more nights . We would highly recommend this resort.
