The room and common areas were pristine clean. There was an elevator, which was great for bringing luggage to our room, otherwise we used the stairs. The staff Lilo and Sara provided excellent and kind service throughout our stay. Beach towels and an umbrella were provided for the beach. The location was an easy walk to the centre, Ruffo Castle and the elevator to the beach. The 15 - 20 min walk to Chianalea is doable but we took the car because all the stairs and steep inclines/declines were hard on my knees. Free parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. The breakfast on site included a pastry of your choice plus yogurt, espresso, cappuccino or tea plus a nice selection of juices. All in all a lovely stay in a quaint historic town with a great beach!

The room was small but we made do for 2 nights. Our choice for dinner, Bleu de toi, although right on the water, was disappointing as far as our meal, other than a delicious piece of swordfish. I wouldn't recommend it, there are probably better in the same area.

I loved everything about this staying, starting with the kindness and gentleness of the host, Signor Carmelo. The place is spotless clean, the room, although not too big, was extremely functional and had absolutely all the facilities, including AC. The B&B is situated on a street where I could easily find parking and minutes walking to the central piazza and the main points to visit (beach, castle, Chianalea). We had fresh pastries for breakfast and amazing coffee. The host gace us all the details about what to visit and how to get there and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Grazzie mille, Signor Carmelo. If we ever come back to Scilla, I will definitely choose your B&B again!

Everything was perfect!

The lovely host made the stay excellent- bringing freshly baked crossaints in the morning and making coffee and being very helpful / great communication in explaining everything about the bnb/ town despite me not speaking Italian. Room was comfortable and clean, air con and everything you could need. 10/10

Room was perfect for a short stay and staff were friendly and understanding when I went through some particularly bad travelling mishaps, even with the language barrier. I cannot recommend them enough. Breakfast was great, staff courteous and friendly.

Scilla Resort is very well located in the town of Scilla with a short walk to the main plazza and within walking distance from exquisite Chianalea and the magnificent Scilla beach and aquamarine sea. The host Rocco, and his father, are the most excellent hosts who are so willing to assist their guests, providing them with excellent information regarding the local area. The whole resort is spotlessly clean and a very generous breakfast is provided each morning. Parking is available at no cost right near the resort. Little shops are just a stone's throw away form the resort as are different restaurants. We highly recommend this accommodation and would be very happy to stay here again. Everything was amazing. The host makes you feel at home. He would pick you up from the train station or to take you for a little tour around the wonderful Scilla. The breakfast is really good, with a delicious homemade patisserie and good coffee. The room and the building itself exceeded my expectations. It even has a lift to go to the first floor. The room is silent and private, and the mattress is quite comfortable. I certainly cannot recommend it more.

The breakfast was great, many options of pastries & fruits were offered. The owner & his son were very friendly although the language barrier they tried their best. The location was perfect & in a quiet area so it was perfect to relax. It is 5 min walking distance to the main square & then you can take the elevator down for 1 euro that will take you to the beach.

We enjoyed everything about Scilla Resort. The only con is that the room was a little too small for our checked luggage + carrryons.

Very lovely hosts, who gave great recommendations and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Modern, newly renovated rooms.

So close to everything, clean, room with sea views, friendly host so helpful the breakfasts was great beautiful place would come and stay again for longer next time
