Sedilo was a beautiful and peaceful location. We were travelling by car and was pretty easy to get to from Alghero airport. Our host Sergio greeted us when we arrived, showing us the facilities. He also owns a lovely brewery in town called Horo, which we visited and tried to food and beer (it was fantastic!). The room was clean and organised, there is also a breakfast in the morning to which you can help yourself to. We really enjoyed using the folding bikes that are available at the property, my partner and I took a bike trip around town and went to explore the archaeological park nearby. For sure a place I would revist again!

Sergio, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The location of the b&b was in a very quiet back street of the village so was nice and peaceful. We felt confident on leaving our motorcycle in the garden as it was very safe (even the local children left the bicycles on the street overnight). The facilities were very good, continental breakfast was more than adequate, and a fridge in the breakfast room ( so if you wanted to buy anything extra you could keep it cool, eg a fellow motorcyclist from Germany bought salami for his breakfast). The room we had came with a private garden, so we could sit in the evening and enjoying the peace with a nice cold glass of wine. The owner also has a bar/brewery in the village, where we ate on two occasions during our visit. The food was good as was their home brewed beer, and a special mention for the beeramisu dessert, delicious.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Excellent management; Exactly what a B&B should be; Excellent- consistent room decor; Ample shower; Storage- laundry- facilities perfect for short - mid staying; Very good - self service breakfast; Location; Staff; Proximity to very good brewery with excellent local food. Everything else!

Hard to say; The only thing I would mention to new visitors is: This is NOT near the sea; the beach; the fancy Sardinia. This is a country village near the main road that connects different cities in Sardinia. There are walks and sites to visit and there is a lake nearby.

From the moment we arrive we knew this place was special! A tastefully decorated old house with rooms facing the garden. Each room is simple- practical- with all the essentials. Large walk in shower - ample bathroom. We had breakfast in the old kitchen - it’s self service and offers all the basics. Sedilo is a small town just off the main road connecting Olbia to Cagliari. In the town there is a really good brewery producing excellent beer, good food in a very unique location. A great surprise- we will definitely be back next year!

Hardly anything- one needs to know that this is not close to the sea ( perfect stop in a journey) - breakfast is traditional Italian with cakes and biscuits but no savoury and just for my benefit I would have like some whole grain bread/ cereals. None of the above made the stay less than perfect!

This is a B&B that meets all your expectations; Set in a rural village yet well connected to the main road; The rooms have everything you need; Breakfast is plenty full and on a self service basis; Bathroom and showers are large and very easy to access; Ample carpark in the gated area (see note on access); Host; Garden; Cleanliness…

To access the parking area you have to go through quite a narrow entrance.

Everything! Sergio is a lovely host with great service. The room was cute and cosy and well equipped. Breakfast was great. The town is beautiful and driving distance to major tourist attractions. Sergio’s restaurant has great food and a nice vibe.

Nothing.

Lovely old sprawling house and gardens. Host was lovely and very friendly. He couldn’t do enough and offered us a free beer. Our room was up the staircase which was filled with very interesting artefacts from around the world. Very homely stay and breakfast was healthy with no hot items. Our room was large and the bathroom very nice.

We prefer softer beds but that’s a personal preference.

Clean and quiet. We were able to park our motorbike inside the property. Sergio was very nice and welcoming. We bumped into him at his gastropub before checking in. The food was very good and we ate in a lovely shady courtyard. There’s a clothes rack for hanging clothes outside if you want to do a little hand washing.

Great value for money. Traveling by motorcycle. The host was very helpful and tried to assist us even with a flat tire. Room has independent access from a small yard. The village is very quiet but you can find things to do for a few days (restaurants, brewery, ruins, ...) and it is on one of the main highways (boring to travel on it but it gets you around quickly). If needed there is even a (sparse) bus service to get you to the nearest train station and towns.

This was the perfect little bed n breakfast. We were traveling through the island and arrive to this center location. it’s a quiet beautiful area and the owner Sergio has a great restaurant focused on his own brewed beer. We also had our 3 month old baby and the cot was all set up and very comfortable.
