Astonishing location! Nice coffee. The house has its charm and charisma. Cutest town.

The entire building is way too noisy! Audibility is "perfect"! You can hear absolutely everything like "neighbours secrets", dishes, spoons and forks clinging in the kitchen downstairs, floors creaking - you can hear every step of your upstairs neighbours. if you want to sleep in on your vacay, be ready to wake up with all the noise in the early AM.

The accommodation is in a super nice old house, but renovated in a modern way. The streets and the town of Santa Lussurgiu are just super cute and really authentic. The host is sooo welcoming and gave us lots of good tips on where to get really tasty food in the town and where the best beaches are. Everything was perfect. We can only recommend it 100%.

The room was very clean and spacious with a walk-in shower. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with local products and homemade cake. Very good location to walk around Santu Lussurgiu and admire views on the town and mountains. As it is old town with very narrow streets therefore there is no parking by the property, but you can park for free 200m away.

This place is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the place is clean and beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious unfortunately I only ate just once because I was falling asleep late, definitely i recommend to stay.

The hosts were incredibly kind, polite, and extremely helpful with suggestions for organizing our visits in the surrounding area. The apartment is lovely, located in an old house that has been beautifully refurbished with modern and comfortable amenities.

The Templars is an excellent place to stay. The nearby streets are narrow but parking is available close by. The centre of Santu Lussurgiu is just 10 minutes walk away. The guesthouse was clean and Giovanna was an excellent host. A good breakfast is provided. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the wifi but this did not diminish our experience and expectations. The guesthouse is in a quiet area. The Templars guesthouse is highly recommended.

Breakfast is pretty rudimentary. Coffee, croissant/toast and jam and maybe one variety of fruit. They charge for breakfast based on the number of people and what they charge vs. what you get is a bit out of proportion.

A bit more variety - maybe cereal and milk, more fruit would make better value for money in terms of breakfast One thing to know - there is ZERO parking at the guest house. Santu Lussurgiu has very narrow streets so you have to park at the supermarket a few hundred metres away but it is steep terrain on cobblestone which makes it tricky. Would be a problem if you were mobility challenged.

Parking was a challenge due to the narrow streets, but that's Santu Lussurgiu! Communication with the owner depended on whether you use What'sApp or not. So we received several messages after the fact.

Perfect place in small and peacful town. Very clean and well equipped room and bathroom. Nice and helpful host. Good breakfast.
