Lovely hotel in the heart of the village There are three separate buildings to this hotel and we were in building3 - approx 200m away from the main building where breakfast is served. The streets are narrowed, cobbled and steep. Our room was large, very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the town. The breakfast and the evening meal and Easter lunch we had was excellent, as was the service. Lucille helped us to locate places to visit /hike. We stayed four days over the Easter weekend and really enjoyed the cultural events and the friendly town Highly recommended.

Very large and comfortable rooms. Very cozy little village with lovely streets and nice buildings. It is a very quiet, peaceful place, perfect to relax. The dinner is absolutely amazing!!! The menu changes every day and it is a 5 course fixed menu. Breakfast is also great. The location of the dinner and breakfast is beautiful and very cozy. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Airco could not cool down the huge rooms to the preferred temperature (which we like around 18-20 dregrees) but it did okay for around 23 degrees.

The buildings were beautiful restored and our room was lovely. We had a sitting room with mezzanine bedroom and view to the old village. Set menu dinner was amazing also the breakfast had plenty to offer. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Parking was pretty easy near hotel plus staff had suggestions on alternative places.

Not a criticism of hotel, and staff advised us before arrival to bring small bags as streets are cobble stones plus up steps in street plus hotel.

The room was very large and comfortable with a fantastic view over the whole village. Breakfast was very nice and in an extremely beautiful setting. The food we had in the evening was the best we had on the entire evening and was particularly good for my vegetarian wife because with a little warning, the kitchen prepared something that was nutritious, interesting and delicious. We were given lots of useful information before arriving and Daniele greeted us warmly. The lady in the shop (Lucilla perhaps) was already very helpful and we were able to buy some beautiful souvenirs. It was a great stay.

Just to be clear about the noise, there was a religious festival happening over the weekend and the locals set off a lot of fireworks. There was nothing the hotel could do about that! I also feel it's important to say that you should follow the hotel's advice in terms of arriving. I didn't and ended up driving through very narrow cobbled streets. I was proud to have done it successfully but quite stressed for a minute or two.

Such a lovely place to stay. Very friendly, welcoming staff who spoke at least three different languages. The building is beautiful and the rooms are very well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout. There is even a library that guests can use, and two courtyards to sit in. The breakfasts were delicious and provided plenty of different options. The evening meal (with a tasting menu) is really fantastic quality - worth trying at least once! There are also some great walks in the area.

If driving to the property, please make sure you pay attention to the directions that hotel staff give you about how to get there and where to park. The streets are incredibly narrow!

Bafflingly 3 star - this hotel was exquisite. Obviously run with love, every detail thought of in advance, we will remember this hotel for years to come. Our room had been restored to a very high standard, a juliette balcony overlooking the cobbled street below, with a view over the roof tops to the mountains. With its high ceiling, tiled floor, air conditioning and jacuzzi bath, crisp cotton sheets - we could not have been more delighted. Staff were welcoming and keen to help, clearly proud of their work and the hotel itself. Highly recommended.

The property was beautiful. Room was spacious very clean with big bathroom and very quiet . Staff were extremely kind and helpful and the degustation dinner was good although for a solo traveller I would have preferred to just have a meal and go . It was too long and late sitting there for me

Just a bit confusing as there are two houses so it’s impossible to know where to go And you have to go to the first house to get the key Parking is not at the property it is somewhere else and if the staff hadn’t helped me I would not have found it

The village's maze-like streets are enchanting. The hotel is made up of several buildings spread throughout the locality. The rooms are simple but equipped with very good, slightly retro materials, with a pretty view over the village. At night, everything is very quiet. The breakfast is unforgettable! The buffet is huge and offers a myriad of good things to try, so it's hard to leave early ;-)

The dinner was a gastronomic experience. We sat in a beautiful garden to drink cocktails before enjoying slow Sardinian food served with explanation and passion for locally produced, high quality dishes. Breakfast was equally a feast to behold. The room had a view across the valley which was lovely and the room was enormous. I was grateful for the bathing facilities as it is rare to have a bathtub. The staff were professional and friendly and the people in the village were so kind to us. The perfect place to unwind and indulge.

We stayed three nights, but whilst the dinner on our first night was beautiful, we wondered if we could have eaten a smaller meal on some nights, or just had a drink. This was not clear - literature in our rooms explaining the dinner options would have been helpful.

Excellent service and very welcoming. The owners were very quick in providing a solution to an issue that we have raised. All the staff is likewise very welcoming. Very good breakfast with a good assortment of locally produced items.

Even though it is a beautiful period room, one should avoid the room that overlooks the main courtyard on hot days because some noise comes up from the dining guests in the courtyard and the portable cooler isn't very effective. However, after we brought this to the owners' attention, they were fast to provide us with an other room.
