Amazing place in the middle of olive grove, with very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast. The atmosphere is something different - like you're a part of some Italian movie, very authentic and relaxed. I'd say even classy, compared to what I usually expect from hotels near the sea. Best of everything to the staff, really amazing and helpful people! Great part of the comfort comes from them, and we appreciate their help very much. Plenty of beaches in Porto Alabo (10 minutes drive), nice small town Tresnuraghes (reachable even by foot) with a good pizzeria, and plenty of similar very cozy small towns in the 10-20 minutes drive.

Some miscommunication on the swimming pool rules: in the comments and in photos here, the rules have no constraints on the time when using the pool is allowed. In the room and near the pool it is said that swimming is allowed between 9:00 and 13:00 and between 15:30 and 20:00. Also, closer to the end of our long stay we noticed that the floors in the room are not very well mopped.

This hotel is situated in an olive grove, approx 10 minutes by car from the beach and 3 minutes from the closest village. There are multiple villas with apartments and double rooms, each with a balcony or patio. There is a nice swimming pool on the property. The breakfast room is on a nice indoor-outdoor terrace. There are no eating options for the other meals. There are multiple barbecues and patios around the pool, for outdoor dinners. The cleaning is done daily. We rented a double room, which was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room also had airconditioning and a fridge. The hosts were really nice and helpful. They even helped us with a car problem we had in the weekend. The breakfast had both salted and sweet options.

There are a few issues that could be improved, but they do not diminish the value of the property: - the road from the main street to the property is not paved, - the room would have benefited from a coffee machine and some eating ustensils (forks, knives, plates), especially since you do not have an option for eating lunch or dinner there - mosquito nets are necessary, especially if you want to sleep with the window opened - the TV was placed in a way that did not make it very easy to watch

Very beautiful place, recently built/refurbished, in a very quiet area. Rooms are quite clean, spacious, and new. Swimming pool area is very nice with a lot of shade under the olive trees around it. Staff are very friendly and professional, breakfast is varied and delicious.

Too many spider webs in the ceiling, the path to the swimming pool and the area around it need some maintenance as there is no clear path and too many weeds around. Also, would have loved more local produce for breakfast e.g.: didn't see any olives and olive oil?

A perfect place to relax and explore west sardinia, Bosa and the beaches. Clean appartment, with good equipment, a very nice garden, swimming pool, very nice host, a superb breakfast. Close to a small village down to the sea with good restaurant. Great parking. Highly recommended, would happily come back!

Everything was great, except maybe for a little bit of a weird smell from the bedsheet, but minor issue compared to what there is to like!

Lovely location overlooking the surrounding hills, olive groves and villages, overall a very nice setting. Room was more like an apartment, very spacious and it smelled nice and fresh. Interior very tasteful with high ceiling and I felt very comfortable straight away. Bed is comfy and as its very tranquil, I had good sleep. The pool is nice for refreshing and a little swim. Breakfast is really good, with a nice choice and lots of cake and the common area very nice to enjoy the breakfast till midday. Close by Tresnughages is a lovely village and the beach close by very nice for a swim or spending the day if you fancy it. I would definitely stay here again.

Just that it advertised a kitchen but it was just some cupboards and a fridge with no crockery or cutlery kettle or utensils or cooking facilities like microwave . I’m sure if we had asked they would have been provided .

The surroundings, view and scenery are beautiful. Very relaxing atmosphere, late breakfasts.. frie day welcome, well run.

The swimming pool is closed between 1-3.30, which seems unnecessary. Would be great if they could sell some snacks and drinks for during the day. At breakfast there are lots of wasps and flies hanging around which are annoying. Woukd be nice to have freshly cooked eggs. More teabags and cups I'm the room to make beverages woukd be great.

Surrounded by olive trees, we had a truly relaxing time — the peaceful setting and stunning views were perfect. We loved the breakfast, especially the eggs — thank you! A cute wine bar in Tinnura and a delicious restaurant in Tresnuraghes are just a 10-minute drive away.

Remoted place in the middle of olive garden with amazing swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay especially in the morning. Also there is very good pizzeria in nearby village-delicious food for reasonable price.

I would recommend to the owner to print "don´t disturb" plates, which guests can put on doors, since we got awake by cleaning lady at 9:00, who wanted to clean our apartment. We were really tired after previous long journey, so may be this could help to ensure more comfortable stay. But this is just minor thing, otherwise our stay was just perfect
