A nice room with a renewed bathroom - huge shower, hot water. Sufficient breakfast: typical Italian, cakes and toast, but the host offers a plate of ham and cheese if you'd like that. Coffee, tea, water available non stop. The balcony seen on the photos belongs to the dining area. Quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Bosa. Close to the sea, but the nearest beach is far from nice. If you've got a car, getting to more attractive beaches shouldn't be a problem. The host is friendly and helpful, seamless communication.

If you're using Google maps to get to the place, you'll end up at a wrong building, on the other side of a crossroads (nr 21, not 23). Be sure to type the address manually and you should be all good. This problem was reported to the host and it might soon be resolved.

Very welcoming host, easy to contact and flexible on check in. Very good location 2 minute walk to the beach, 30 minute walk to main town. Pizza place recommended 2 minute walk away was good. Big room and bathroom. Lovely breakfast area with fresh cakes and help yourself to coffee etc.

Quite noisy from other guests in the breakfast area early in the morning but can’t be helped as hallway is open.

Great B&B is located just off the main Bosa Marina Beach. Great, do it yourself setup. Easy access to property, breakfast is a help yourselves. Guest host explained everything. Parking on the street by the property and free. Location is good, a long walk to Bosa town, but a car is a must in Sardinia, so lots of free parking around.

Spacious room with nice, modern ensuite. Across the hallway was a well equipped kitchen where a good breakfast is provided (help yourself). Owner was friendly and welcoming.

No elevator, we are travelling for 3 months and have heavy suitcases. Parking outside on the busy street could be problematic.

Due to the late arrival, our check in was at 00:10. This was not a problem for the owner, cause all instructions was send through WhatsApp video. The room has everything you need: 3 towels, bathroom necessities (even toothbrush), hairdryer (you can ask for an iron), comfortable bed, huge wardrobe and AC. Very good sun curtains/windows: the sun won't wake you up in the morning! Breakfast is classic for B&B in Sardinia: yoghurt, croissant, marmalade, ham/cheese and biscuits as well as drinks: water, packaged juices and coffee/tea. The breakfast area is in the kitchen area. Bosa is a lovely village to visit (it is a must), but the apartments are near the sea in a place called Bosa Marina, so you can get there either by car or by bus (we personally walked to the town on foot). Very convenient location of apartment in Bosa Marina: close to the restaurants and good local fruit/vegetable shop and beach just in 2 min by walking! All of our neighbors came for holidays by the sea, so we were quiet and after sunny days and walks - we got a very good night's sleep. I am delighted with the stay and will definitely be booking this accommodation next time.

We only saw the owner once - at check-out, which takes away some personal touch. But for those who don't want unnecessary contact with the owner, this is a great option.

The breakfast was amazing with a good selection of croissants, jams, ham, cheese , cereal, yoghurt , toast and a wonderful berry & almond cake . Our room was immaculate & recently renovated & the location was perfect for walking to the local beach & restaurants .

Extraordinary Host: friendly, helpful and easy going. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, the bathroom as well. There were hair dryier and cosmetics set available. Tasty breakfast: fresh cornettos, very good coffee, sweets and yoghurts. Thank you for hospitality!

Antonio is a super friendly and helpful, very kind person, therefore it felt like home. He let us wash our clothes, which was "crucial" for our next trip 😀 The room was clean and the breakfast with homemade cake was. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to the Marina and beach. Very clean, well organized and the owners are very nice.

If you are interested in visiting the city center than the location is not very convenient.
