Guest assistance! .I was unaware  buses did not always run on 1st May & bought a ticket and waited! And Waited! Then phone hotel I was impressed at the concen and offers of help by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone. Eventually I arrived after a huge detour. Again the gentleman continued to be helpful and not only showed me on map where to catch a train but bought a ticket for my bus! Thank you! Excellent breakfast in the atmospheric vaulted historic celler. For the first time ever... I was given a upgrade to a huge room with a view of the river! Happy memories. Thankyou

Could only stay one night as were heading for Olbia next day. The check in person was so nice and welcoming and as we were leaving early the next day, he made us packed breakfasts and left them in our room. The Hotel is full of character and it's location next to the river is excellent. Had a lovely dinner in one of the many restaurants to be found in the myriad of cobbled streets in Bosa. We will definitely be back to explore more of Bosa and will definitely stay here again.

Having to stay only one night!!

More than a hotel room, this was a full on apartment. Very spacious and comfortable with a balcony view over the river. Terrific location, short walk to the old part of town. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Breakfast provided was great as was the WiFi. Excellent value, highly recommended.

There were some minor inconveniences, such as mosquitoes in the room during October, and noise from the kitchen and hotel cleaners as early as 7:00 AM (we were in room 112 on the first floor). However, I believe these issues can be easily addressed. Aside from that, the hotel is a true gem in Bosa's old town, and parking was not an issue for us

We had room 112 which was right next to cleaner office , next to lift and directly above breakfast area. We were woken much earlier than we wanted and any noise of any sort would have been heard - bedroom or bathroom!

The staff were friendly & helpful. The location was the best. Our room was spacious, had character & had a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast & coffee was good. Perfect for our 3 days in Bosa!

At the location we found out that the room with terrace that we booked was not in the building by the river but in the one 200m away, had no wifi and for the breakfast we were supposed to come back to the building next to the river. We were offered for the same price a Junior suite with balcony and view to the river in the building we thought we already booked in initially which we took. In any case this small confusion didn't put us off. We had a great stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, breakfast was very good, and most importantly the staff was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Our double bed was made up from two single beds and we ended up with a whole between us. Overall not comfortable for a couple.

Great location on the best street in town. A nice spacious room on the third floor with a nice balcony.

The internet was largely unavailable and when it was it was insecure.

I really liked kind hotel stuff, they all are very friendly and helpful. The room at 3rd floor was very comfortable, big, clean, althought the equipment was a bit old. Breakfast was very tasty and all fresh. I only missed some vegetable.

The location is not that good. Bosa city is kinda messy and full od cars with small amount of parking places.

The town is an awsome real little maze. Looks authentic and genuine 👌. Liked it very much. The hotel staff made for us a little town trip with a caddie golf to show us the place and drop us to the building where the room was. Huge room in the top floor with huge terrace with a view on the castle. AC worked perfectly. It's very quiet and comfy. Feels like at home.

Maybe the breakfast wasn't the greatest and breakfast rooms were quite small. It is easy to step on someone's toes. But it's only because I have to write something here tho.
