This place is a real treasure in Toscana! The people that run it are so kind and nice! The food and wine served are awesome, traditional and local, and inexpensive. A great breakfast buffet with delicious cakes and eggs and coffee! On the weekend the restaurant is packed with locals. And the view is something else, it has got to be the best... you just can't get enough of this mesmerizing landscape that stretches out at your feet, all the way to the sea in the far distance. There is a great pool, nice grass and lounge chairs, a large field below slopes down toward the tree line. There is a patio with tables and chairs, there's parking near the rooms or on the lower level, and the airy dining room has windows everywhere, the sun sets to the left of you. You hear the cuckoo in the evening! The room is large and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a typical terracotta floor. You do not want to leave this place... there is so much harmony and kindness and beauty! A big kiss to all of you!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and being able to get a cold beer on arrival after a long drive made us feel welcome. Prices for everything, the stay, drinks and a meal in the restaurant were all very reasonable. We particularly liked being able to make freshly squeezed fruit juice at breakfast.

Unfortunately the pool and surrounding area were a little tired and are in need of an upgrade. The air con in the room was also a bit dated. Coffee and tea in the room is also something we feel was missing. However, would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The place is located in a wonderful place, with an amazing view. The staff and hotel owner were very nice, it was a pleasure talking to them. Breakfast meal was rich and tasty. I also had dinner at their local restaurant, which was very good and with a reasonable price!!!

The room was basic, smaller than I expected, especially the bathroom. There are no window nets, so I went to sleep fearing mosquitoes bites... but I woke up safe 👌

Beautiful location in the middle of Maremma's hills. Very, very friendly staff. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. And, yes, the breakfast is simply outstanding: it's a buffet with handmade bruschetta, eggs, cakes, pastries, ham, salami, oranges, you name it. Dinner a la carte is also very good.

The view was amazing. The dinner and breakfast was great.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very expensive for what it was.

Everything was really fantastic.. a nice room , good shower, nice furnishings, beautiful view, beautiful food! The staff had lovely energies and the whole place felt very relaxed end peaceful warm welcoming and inviting.. a really beautiful find after-our swim at the pools..., And even the rain didn't subtract from how lovely this place is!! Highly recommended

I only have one very small criticism: the loud radio/pop music in dining area .. . There could be a better choice of music, or even silence, to compliment the beautiful surroundings, the wonderful food and lovely energy of the staff.. the view really does take your breath away, and it and it is worthy of being able to drink in without any other stimulation!

Nice clean property, rooms are very clean and ha a mini fridge. Amazing views from the restaurant, well priced menu, friendly owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great value for money.

Location was great. Beautiful view. Breakfast was very nice.

The pool is older then it appears on pictures and there’s a black net all around it, so there’s no view from the pool.

I really enjoyed the view and the breakfast was very good. From the dining room you are looking at a beautiful view. The territory was so cozy and beautiful, a real Agriturismo.

The swimming pool was covered because it’s September and it’s not summer. And it was very ugly covered with water on the covering. This ruined all the view. Pools are not for swimming but for a nice view.

Awesome location with beautiful view, on top of a hill, close to Saturnia, very nice host, mega breakfast and dinner, great atmosphere.

The pool was closed for some reason and the WiFi signal was very weak, at least in our room, which was not that close to the reception.
