The location was perfect. I loved staying within the city. We ended up with 2 different places for our party. One was modern, great space for 2 people, loved the access to the rooftop balcony it was right outside the door. The other place was very old school, matched the city, super fun as it had a vintage feel to it. It was hard to communicate with our coordinator upon reciving keys, but it was part of the adventure of visiting this town. Everyone was very nice.

Nothing really. If you have mobility problems, I would not recommend.

Staying in Casa Messi felt like living in Pitigliano. It’s a charming apartment full of character and comfort with just the right mix of old world and new. The owner was also very proactive and reached out before we checked in with all kinds of useful information and was quick to respond.

There was nothing we didn’t like but checking in was a little challenging because we do not speak Italian and the kind woman who meets you does not speak English. She is so charming and kind though, and with the help of Google translate we were able to work it all out. It’s all part of the fun of travel!

After almost 5 weeks on the road and changing 25 hotels, this was a very pleasant surprise! The room is lovely! The decoration is amazing, with the vibes of an old house, but simultaneously providing the appropriate comfort! There was clever lighting, one of which was pointing some old stairs behind a glass, that looked like going to an old cellar. The beds were comfortable! The location is great! Even though you need to walk for 10-15 minutes to get there, this is through the old town, so you can enjoy it! We wish we had more time, so we could stay there for 3 days, instead of 1, just to relax and enjoy the room! Communication was good so it was easy to get to our room.

Perhaps nothing... It's a little annoying to find parking space, and the closest one is ½ kilometre away, but this is a general issue in such places.

I like the location and I loved the apartment. So darling and comfy! I loved the host's "proxy" who came to meet me and walk me to the property. They were so accommodating and let me bring my bags in before check-in. Since I had no wifi connection where I was staying the night before my arrival, the electronic check-in was not possible, and therefore very stressful. In the end they let me come anyway without an electronic check-in. I'm so glad they did because I really enjoyed my stay.

I'm not a fan of an online check-in. In the end though, they were very kind and met me in the piazza and accompanied me to the property. So... it all made me happy!

The room is very stylish and comfortable, especially the bed. When we were there, it was very silent and the room could be darkened, there were flat and high pillows as well, so I would recommend this appartement 3. also those who needs all comfort to sleep well. The appartement is in the historic center, but on its edge in a beautiful small and silent street full of flowers. All information given to chek in, as well as parking were absolute helpful, we found everything easily. The bathroom is clear and well equipped. We wanted to try, what it's to stay in a several hundered-year-old building and it was a surprise, how comfy this could be developped, only in the bathroom were some tiny not perfect solution because of the given small spaces, and you have to go up on a long strair, which are part of a time travel experience. :)

Super cute apartment on 2 levels. Clean comfortable and properly equipped for a stay in Pitigliano. Signora Nelide was the contact person and she was easily reachable and met us in the main square to take us to the apartment. Pitigliano is currently accessible via car only to residents so the getting in and out is a little tricky 'cause you have to notify the viability dept of your arrival dates to load/unload. But the process was clearly explained by the owner and worked out. Apartment location is great with amazing window views of the surrounding hills.

Bedrooms upstairs get really warm during the day and there is no air conditioning or fans. It cools down at night due to the altitude but only to a certain degree. If you are staying in the hottest weeks and don't feel comfortable in non air conditioned environments, be aware

I liked that we were in the old city. The owner told us we could park on San Giovanni 23 street and it was perfect. We had no issues with overnight parking.

The location, comfort and character of the property was beyond my expectations. Would love to own such a property. Would definitely like to return and stay there again.

There was no food or beverages in the room except water and I had trouble getting into the house because I’d never arrived at an accommodation without anyone there before. Also, my SIM card didn’t work in that location so I messaged the property manager to get the wifi password.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Messi in Pigliano. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to every need, making me feel truly welcomed. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the room was very comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very cozy. The host was very kind and gave us really good recommendations of where to eat and what to do. The location is really good! We really recommend this place, we felt like home.
