The staff were always friendly, available, ready to accommodate our needs and resolve issues. We had dinner many nights and it was always very very good.

Other guests were sometimes disturbing.

The room and pool were great, so were the staff.

Couldn't get WIFI by the pool and they were really slow in getting us into our room, which made things worse as we were only ther for 1 night. 1 lady seemed to be doing everything.

The rooms were nice and clean. The host was friendly. There was an special event that night but the host tried communicating it in advance and even did us a suggestion of switching to another room, so no problem at all about that. And thanks for letting us know and for the suggestion.

There was a broken table in our bed (I just look and it was litterally 'tied' with tape). Next day, we were waiting for the breakfast in the room (due to the event and as explained by the host) ... after a long wait, I look for the host but no luck. We start calling the host and not answering. Not even an sms back. Then, later (around 9.30) she replied she will be there in 10 minutes (I was already angry but we decided to wait a bit). 30min later!! a croissant with coffie and orange juice (likely from carton) + a bunch of confiture arrived the room. I honestly regreated not leaving earlier and going to buy something in a bakery close to the road. Many missing calls (including the day before the breakfast incident). with the host: at least an sms back could make it better.
