- Excellent location, very close to downtown - Huge room - Good Italian breakfast - We really enjoyed our stay, we'll be back.

Few things could be improved - The English breakfast didn't seem fresh, especially the bacon and the scrambled eggs; only the cheese was of excellent quality. - They don't have automatic machines that make capucinos and coffee; you have to wait for the waiter to bring it to your table. - Please fix the room description on booking.com because in our room there was no 'Balcony' though specified in the room description. Actually I don't think they have any room with a balcony. - The minibar in our room was off or broken

The area is beautiful, and the hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The breakfast is good, the staff are friendly, and daily cleaning is provided.

Unfortunately, it is only accessible by car. The bus goes to the surrounding villages twice a day. We realized this when our car broke down 30 km away the day before our departure... Public transportation in this part of Italy is poor and expensive, but that's not the fault of the accommodation; they helped us with everything :-)

Our family suite was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the sweet and savory breakfast offerings. Shopping, restaurants and a short hike to an old fort is within walking distance from the hotel. Hiking and activities in and around Monte Cimone are just a short drive away. If you see a lovely older gentleman with a photo book of himself with family and a Ferrari, stop and have a chat with him and you'll discover the connection to the watches and the engine in the lobby!

Location was great. Room was large, as well as the bathroom, which was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly.

The beds are very hard and the pillows were flat. It was difficult to get comfortable. The dining room staff, except for one young woman, was more interested in clearing tables then waiting on guests. It was poorly organized and you had to search for someone to order coffee, even though there were 4 people working the dining room.

The hotel itself is extremely well located and had a lovely breakfast, staff, and outside area for kidsa and adults alike. Our room also had separate bedrooms which was nice with kids

One of the fridges and one of the TVs didn't work. The hallways were noisy - although this could have just been noisier quests. Despite this little things,, a good stay

-breakfast was poor. Mostly cake and little bread with ham and cheese. -as out of season, no dinner possibility in the village

Gorgeous antique furniture and Ferrari engine in the hall (which my husband and baby son loved). Really comfy bed and tasty breakfast, nice staff.

Breakfast buffet was lovely. Staff were friendly. Hotel has a cool retro vibe. The main walking street in Sestola was right around the corner from the hotel. Our family room had a beautiful view.

Rooms were pretty basic. Linens and beds could use an upgrade. Fresh fruit would be a welcome addition at breakfast.

Rooms weren’t soundproof, you could everything in the room next door, safe was never fixed.

Clean, confortable room. Tranquil place, great for hiking.

Staff could be a bit friendlier. No wifi reception in room.
