We liked everything at this hotel. The staff was polite and kind, explaining us nicely everything we needed to know. The breakfast was very good and rich, had everything that you needed, even options for gluten free menu and even the coffee was good. The location is excelent, has a free private parking and bus station right in front of the hotel. Very good if you want to relax and just take the bus to Trieste or Miramare castel. The room is basic, but clean, with a good bed, a good air conditioner and a perfect window sound isolation. I would come back here definitely.

The staff is very helpful, the most important information was provided without asking at check-in. They recommended programs, restaurants, and even indicated that if we wanted to go to the beach and didn't want to go with our own car, that could be done. They were also available late at night for a drink or a request. The breakfast is plentiful and good, the location of the accommodation is perfect, the inner part of the city, the beaches, or the supermarket are close. We spent four pleasant days with the family.

I like very much the location of the hotel in Sistiana. The beach was very beatiful. The bed had an exception quality. Espcially for us who have back pain the quality of the bed made everything very pleasant. The colorful breakfast was delicious. Before comming to the hotel we were worried about that the hotel is located near to the main street. But the hotel was equiped with a good sound proofing system when we kept the windows closed and it had a comfortable air conditioning system.

The door of the bathroom is near to the bed and it cannot be closed completely and it is not sound proof.

The staff was super kind, the room was very clean, the size of the room and bathroom was more than we expected. The bed was very comfortable, very wide and 2 m long. The breakfast was a wide range from different type of eggs, cheese, fruit, drink, etc. Easy to park in the property.

The hotel is next to the main road, so it is noisy if you would like to sleep with opened windows. But if you close the windows, it is OK.

Absolutely everything was great. Living conditions, cleanliness, staff and even the smell in the room was impeccable. Good and varied breakfast. I would like to note that you should not come at the end of breakfast to be able to eat hot dishes. But even without hot dishes, there are many different meat and cheese cuts, good coffee, a lot of sweets, fruits.. We spent our time flawlessly and will definitely come back when we have a chance.

Sve bilo odlično. Doručan je na principu švedskog stola, sa raznovsnom hranom. Soba je bila prostrana. Svaki dan su menjani peškiri i čišćena je soba.

Ne znam šta bih izdvojio. Stvarno su se svi trudili da bude da nam bude prijatno.

Wery clean! Good and helpful stuff. Tasty breakfast, which includes fish , meat, vegetables, fruits, cheese, sweets and….(many other foods) Good location, not far from a beach

Near the road, but on the other hand, there is a bus stop in front of hotel. Sockets that was for narrow for my notebook charger, but I was kindly provided with socket adapter)

The owners keeep everthing so tidy, rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good. The ambience is nice and friendly. Although being close to the main road, the noise does not matter that much. It is comfortable with the walk down to the beach, you do not need a car. Restaurants reachable with a little walk or very close.

People really do not bother to take parts of the breakfast away or waste food. In the bathroom, some more place to put small bathroom bags to would be great.

Exemplary cleanliness, attention to detail, comfortable beds, quality bedding and services included in the accommodation price: gym, free bicycles, beach towels, laundry, all used for free and a varied breakfast .

The access to the beach is only by car.

1. AC was not functioning in the night when it got too humid and hot. As per Hotel staff the heating was still On as it was still Cold outside. 2. The breakfast buffet is not refilled after 9am
