Hotel Nives is an exemplary organized B&B facility with polite, helpful and efficient staff. Breakfast is superb, both for choice of food as for nice and spacious breakfast area. On site restaurant is convenient and has a regular menu with good food. It seems to be locally popular and it is hard to find a table in the evening. Hotel guests need to reserve a table for dinner in the morning. Grocery store conveniently across the street which is a rarity in Sulden.

Nothing essential comes to mind, however parking area is small and tends to be packed with cars. Guests are offered free parking on a nearby parking field. This is OK but still somewhat unfavourable while other guests cars basically jam the main entrance area. Relaxation area with jet tub and sauna situated on under floor is pretty, nicely facing the backyard, but it is small and not really monitored, enjoyment therefore dependent on polite/unpolite fellow guests sharing mood and behaviour.

This place is simply brilliant! It looks modern, stylish and like it was done up last week. The rooms (I had a deluxe room) are beautiful and spacious, very comfortable bed, lovely view, plentiful and tasty breakfast and above all the most helpful team of staff I have encountered in Europe, ever. There's a bar / restaurant that does pizza, burgers and a bit of pasta, all good quality and the place gets frequented in summer by hikers, bikers and other active types. Lovely sauna (available 16:30 - 20.00 in summer), space to store bikes and you can charge your electric vehicle should you need it. Absolultely loved this place.

I really cannot fault this hotel -

I like that they made an error and admitted it, apologized and treated me exceptionally well. That’s say a lot about a place having integrity. They came to room an hour after they realized the error to apologize. Integrity is a rare thing in today’s world. That in itself makes this place exceptional.

What a find this place was,only stayed for one night as a stop over on our was to the Stelio pass, beautiful location and hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast display and selection was huge.

Really beautiful location high in the mountains with a view of beautiful scenery. Large room with balcony. Parking right in front of the hotel. Great breakfast, big selection and very tasty! A coffee machine that mills real coffee beans, not just powder. A good base for driving experience on Passo dello Stelvio.

Road to the hotel is in some parts quite narrow and you have to drive carefully and also pay attention to other drivers (however, this is not the hotel's fault).

Great breakfast, endless options of müsli and cereals as well as good selection of juices, cheese and bread. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Restaurant had great outdoor seating and very good pizzas.

Nothing to complain about, can suggest two improvements: 1. Add USB charging in the room. 2. Add pasta dishes to the restaurant menu.

Superb staff. Helpful, friendly and kind. Comfortable, spacious room. Good beds. Excellent location. Good food. Fair prices.

Shared balcony. Couple of families who think the world belongs to them....not hotels fault of course... But noisy and intrusive ( shared balcony) and certainly a negative impact on our stay. Slow lift.

Modern hotel, nicely furbished rooms with great view to the village and the mountains. Outstanding breakfast, super friendly staff, family oriented hotel with game rooms, sauna, etc. Ski bus station right opposite entrance of the hotel.

The floor tiles in the sauna area becoming extremely slippery when they get wet - please consider replacing them to something more suitable for this purpose :)

Best breakfast of a three week trip. Room had balcony and spectacular mountain views, access to the roof with great views. Very clean. Reception very helpful and informative. Great road with lovely views up to the hotel. Restaurant good and tasty, if not exceptional.

Parking for motorbikes at front of hotel. Not secure.

Nice and quiet location with gorgeous views. Modern,clean hotelwith kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Highly recommended

Bar and restaurant a bit expensive but I guess that's a norm now
